He came out and replaced the faucet as well as finding some other issues that needed addressing. I was very pleased with his work and with the way he went about it. I would recommend him to anyone based on that experience.

Had a pinhole leak on our laundry room ceiling. Joel had it fixed within half an hour. Thought we had the problem fixed but Joel noticed that there was a second, smaller hole about 6 inches from the first. He fixed that one too. Appreciate the due diligence in finding the second hole. He also checked the water pressure coming into the house to see if that was the cause of the leak in the pipe. Sadly it was not, so we think we've just got bad pipes in the ceiling. Will likely be calling Aurora Plumbing again to replace the whole pipe.

They were very good and they were here on time. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very polite and respectful. The pricing was fine. They had to replace some pipe, but they were very good about it.

For our Arwa kitchen faucet plumber said they wouldn't work on that brand - they'd had too much trouble with getting parts in the past. When I'd called to set up the appointment, I mentioned the faucet brand and the person I spoke with said nothing about their unwillingness to work on it. I ended up taking the kitchen faucet apart myself and fixing it by replacing an O ring with a $0.69 one from the hardware store.

Well, I was very happy with them. Just, they did a good job, they were able to come out quickly. They were no hassle and the guy was not creepy at all.

The plumber was professional and courteous. He seemed like he worked efficiently, but the price was a bit shocking for me. $90 for the first 15 minutes and $35 for each fifteen minute segment after seems outrageous to me. This is probably the going rate for plumber service calls though. Also, the master tub handles are really difficult to turn at the moment. The plumber did state that they will loosen up over time, so I hope that this is true.

Plumber arrived on time, pleasant and professional. We reviewed the work I wanted done and I mentioned that I was an Angie's List member and would be using their coupon. Work was finished in a timely manner, I paid him and he went on his way. Thirty minutes later, after "test driving" the toilet several times, I noticed water on the floor. I called the Aurora Plumbing service folks and explained what was happening. They were able to send another plumber out in 30 minutes and he took care of the problem right-away. The need for a call-back resulted in my marking them down a tad.

The plumber showed up when he said he would, and did a good job overall.

I called on Monday because our shower faucet had started to leak. They didn't have any times available that day, but they said they would call me if anyone became available. About an hour later they called to say that someone would be there in a half hour. When the plumber arrived, he was very professional and took care of the problem quickly.

I moved the washer and dryer and removed the drywall myself, so all they had to do was the pipe line work. When they were putting the piping the left something on the outside of the pipeline, so I had to go in and fix it up. Other then that small problem they were really good.

Very well. They appeared when they said they would, explained the problem clearly, and offered several repair options. When the toilet flow rate needed adjusting the next day, they came back to fix it promptly.

We were looking to sell our house and were getting estimates on re-piping the plumbing system. We also had some small issues with faucets and a tub diverter. Aurora Plumbing came and gave us an estimate for the repipe. They also gave us a very honest opinion about whether we would see a return on the investment of re piping the house which led us to hold off on the work. Today I went in to try and fix our leaky diverter. I would have been willing to pay someone to come out and perform this work but the folks at Aurora plumbing said I could easily do this work myself. They showed me the tool I needed and how to pull the diverter to replace a washer and a bushing. In the end, the problem was fixed quickly, easily and costs less that $15.00. The thing that impressed me most was the honesty with which Aurora Plumbing approaches their business. They could have charged us quite a bit for the work we were considering. Instead they chose to give us their honest opinion on how and whether this work should be done which worked out great for us. If I ever have plumbing needs, Aurora Plumbing will be the first call I make.

He was very professional and friendly. Although the work seemed simple after the fact, it would have taken me way too long to do it myself. He was in/out in 1.5 hour. He cleaned up the area. He also showed me what he did and how I can check on things myself in the future. The only thing was he brought out a drain cleaner and recommended I use it monthly to keep the drain clear - he apparently saw it was gooey and cleaned it some. The can cost $40 and I know I wouldn't have time to go shop around so I just bought it. I wonder if they always push a product at the end of their service call. But I would call them again because the overall service was excellent.
