Went to Aurora Plumbing and arranged for the appt. The scheduler was very polite and professional. Appt. was arranged to my satisfaction and within a week. I happened to drop a sales receipt while there and she picked it up and mailed it to me. Very nice touch. The plumber got lost due to misleading directions. He called to get directions and arrived shortly. Very personable man and went about his job very thoroughly and professionally. Told me what the problem was and my options. We decided on a plan and he went to work. I periodically looked in and when I asked a question he was very patient and answered even though I'm sure he wanted to just do his job. When he was finished he gave me a summary of the work performed and the warranty period. I need to say that my rating on the price is based upon the fact that the work to be performed was unknown until he evaluated the situation. It was fair for what he did but whenever you have a service call it is not going to be cheap. I have been an Aurora Plumbing customer for 35 years and I have never had a bad experience.

The only work that was performed was for the valve in the sink. That went fine, and there have been no problems. I opened myself up to possible charges for a less than honest plumber, and luckily Aurora Plumbing was an honest company. I will use them in the future.

They were very fast and efficient. They were easy to get in touch with and make the appointment. The work has held up fine so far. I looked at one or two other placed and they seemed to be competitively priced. I would use this company again in the future.

I liked that they gave me the right person, someone that knew something about older plumbing. He came when he was supposed to, was pleasant, professional and got the job done. I used my Angie's List coupon and I was happy with the job.

Estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out they didn't do the type of job on the water line replacement (required tunneling the new line), but did bid on the hot water heater replacement. Decided the price on the tank replacement was too high.

They're a little high priced but they do good work.

We were experiencing a significant toilet leak just before Thanksgiving. I was concerned it was going to be a costly wax seal leak or require a new toilet. I called Aurora Plumbing and they were able to get someone out that afternoon, in fact the same person who had helped us last time. He quickly determined that the leak was actually in the valve and was able to replace it quickly. Joel is very professional and you feel good that he's giving you the best most honest assessment. I suppose we could have done this ourselves, but given that Thanksgiving was just around the corner, I don't think we had time to get it done.

I was very impressed by their professionalism, specifically Joel. He went above and beyond to make sure my project was complete.

They also looked at a drain for us, let us know we would need to contact a rooter service.

The person came to give me an estimate and he was so honest. He told me that I didn't need that job because the work I already had done was adequate.

It went just great! They did everything I hired them to do. The guy had all the spare parts to repair it. He was able to save me a lot of siding and work. There were no problems and I was happy.

Very well - responsive, able to get on schedule within a week or so. They were able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone, which was pretty close (based on time it would take). It actually took a little longer than they estimated, but nothing major.

Came and gone in 1/2 with excellent job result!

Great service. We have an old house and sent a photo by email of the sink handle part we needed. Aurora buffed a new part to look older and match what we had and sent us the photo. Then when we said it looked right, they came and installed it. Worked great!

After discussing and showing the problem, the technician start working 3 hours later called to tell us everything was done. Went back to inspect. Everything was OK, and clean. God Job!!

I always get good service and advice from the parts department.

Since they never called me back, I won't use them. I work full time and expect a response to a detailed voicemail as my "free" time is limited.

The experience was great. hey were professional and the price was good as well. They communicate well with you and they did a nice job. I would hire them again.

I called Aurora Plumbing at about 11:30 am for help with a backed-up kitchen sink. By 1:00, one of their plumbers was in my kitchen, working on the problem. He was very professional, cleaned the drain pipes promptly, and then checked my bathroom drains at my request. He was also careful to clean up after completing his work.

Shaun was preparing to re-seat the very old toilet, but needed new bolts because ours were rusted out. He expressed mild doubts that he could "save the old toilet," but would try. We quickly decided to replace it. Shaun called for a brand-new Toto, which arrived poste haste, installed it, triple-checked that all was well, and, while he was at it, cleared some gunk out of our kitchen faucet's filter. He was here for 3 hours. And, get this: we got a $50 discount as Angie's List members!!

They couldn't come as soon as I needed to the last time I called them. They are always timely and honest. I used them 3 times.

Called several weeks ago on a Saturday & was told I couldn't make appointments--even though they were open?? Called the next week to set up apptmt, took down info., but no one called me back.?? Called again & was told they don't do apptmts after 3pm (when most people come home after work)--so, had to take the day off of work.?? Rep. arrived right on time and assessed two faucets needing repair/replacement (kitchen & bathroom). He suggested I go to "their store pick out what I like" and set up another appmt. I informed him I had to take work off to get this appmt--so that was not an option. He had a model for each in his truck and I agreed for him to put this in. The labor costs were over $400.00--this is highway robbery & an estimate or approximate cost should have been given to me instead of surprising us at the end. We had no idea and now question why it took so long? (Having said this, the rep did a nice job & answered specific questions about the faucet.)

Brian was prompt, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed by Aurora Plumbing and will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. The total charge would have been $125 + a lot of tax (in the City of Seattle), which I know from experience with other plumbers is a fair market price, but Aurora Plumbing gives Angie's List customers a $50 coupon, so I only paid $89.75, a real bargain. To sum up: another great find on Angie's List!
