They said they would get back to me with information on when we could get it. They gave me some samples, we took them home and called them to place our order. We had been working with 2 specific sales people and tried to reach them as well as we called the general numbers. They didn't get back to me. I called them several times and they weren't responsive. I finally just gave up on trying to work with them. I feel like they weren't interested in our business because it wasn't a large enough project and we were going to install the materials our selves.

We feared the worst. We got the best! This could have been a nightmare. A leak originating from a bathtub made it's way downstairs. Expertly, and with integrity, Joel found the least invasive solution and it worked! We were SO relieved and very impressed.

Our outside faucet was leaking worse and worse and was pretty much welded to the pipe from corrosion. We attempted to get it off and failed, and I'm glad we didn't persist, as I witnessed how difficult it was for the gentleman from Aurora Plumbing to get it off. He showed up early and went right to work. We have to shut the water off at the street, so originally I wanted a shut off valve installed at the house. He recommended against this, as our pipes on this side are galvanized iron. He said it would be impossible without doing major plumbing work. Instead he recommended we get the appropriate tool to turn the water off ourselves at the street. It took him some time and a variety of tools to get the faucet off, and he was a little worried about breaking the pipe. But all went well. Then it took some work to get a new faucet on that wouldn't leak. He had to do some creative thinking before it got figured out. But in the end we had a non-leaking faucet! When it came to paying, the price was higher than quoted (the gal on the phone had mentioned a special for the month where, instead of paying $90 for the first 15 minutes, it would be $35). However, he went back to adjust the invoice and I paid the price I was quoted on the phone. He then checked our water pressure as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would hire them again.

I bought a new faucet at their showroom and they installed it the next week. Fixed all my plumbing issues and explained anything I might need to know about maintenance. Prompt, courteous and efficient.

I called Aurora plumbing in the morning and got on their waiting list. I got lucky as they had a cancellation for late that afternoon. Plumber came within the time period they gave me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the drains. He was courteous, fast, and professional. I would definitely use them again!

Very pleased with his work, definite professional. He was easy to talk with and went the extra mile and capped an open sewer pipe under the house that would have flooded the crawlspace if the sewer lines backed up.

Water was leaking onto my dining room from my shower on the 2nd story. It seemed very likely that the leak was coming from the shower drain and would've been a large and expensive project. However after careful investigation, the plumber found that the leak was coming out of a nut behind the shower faucet. The fix was quick and a huge money saver.

Had to cut a hole in the wall and take out the piece of pipe, and replace the spigot. The whole job was done in less time than it would have taken me to find where to cut the hole in the wall. Replaced, sealed outside, and the piece of dry wall fit back into place (I'll have to get that taken care of, but they could even refer me to someone!). Quick, simple, and fairly painless. Super professional job.

No problems -- dispatcher called to confirm appointment, plumber arrived 5 min early, explained the problem and how it would be fixed, worked efficiently, cleaned up. Professional start to finish.

They installed a water heater approximately two months earlier and as part of their installation they checked the water pressure to the house. Anything over 80 lbs. will void a warranty on a water heater and mine was over that. They said that if I had a pressure regulating valve installed within three months they would validate the warranty. They also mentioned that the valve did not need to be installed by them which I thought was very professional. I have shopped at Aurora Plumbing for 40 years and have never had a bad experience.

Part of the work they did was okay. However, I have an old house and they told me that they couldn't guarantee the work because I have an old house with high water pressure. They changed the hoses on my washing machine which they did fine. They were professional and ontime. The plumber who came was pleasant. They suggested that I repipe my house, which will be a lot of money but may be something I need to think about. I don't have anything to compare their price with. I am not sure that anyone would have been able to fix the leaking faucets.

Project went mostly well. He even found the drip source that 2 prior plumbers had missed in their attempts to correct a leak. He accomplished alot in a short time.

I was able to use the Angie's List coupon. He did a good job and gave me tips on how to make the disposal work better in the future. They were very efficient. One of the employees came over to make sure I was home before sending a serviceman. Because I was home, they were able to come within half an hour of checking in.

They did some plumbing work in one of the bathrooms 3 weeks ago.

My water heater had been slowly leaking for a month or so. Went to Aurora Plumbing and talked to the service counter staff who are all extremely knowledgeable. I had done some research online and they confirmed my belief in the brand I chose which was a Rheem. Two people came and did the removal and replacement in about an hour. Upon notifying me of the water pressure discrepancy they said as long as you get it corrected in a few months and let us know we will reinstate the warranty. To be fair on my rating of the price as a "C" I will say this. I haven't had any plumbing repairs done for quite sometime so my rating may be unfair but that was the way I felt so I stated as such

They are fine and I am quite happy with their work. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it in a timely manner. They are expensive but they do a good work.

Aurora was great! In reality, I was seduced by the advertising of another Plumbing company-- but when I went online to check them out on Angie's list-- I saw that they had SEVERAL not so good reviews!! Aurora Plumbing on the other hand had about a 100 great reviews!! We went with Aurora. The worked with our schedule. They called to confirm. They were on time! Joel the plumber, did not give us the run around nor did he try to PUSH additional services or make a problem bigger than it was.. he just told the truth. Fixed the problem in a very timely manner and we would for sure hire Joel with Aurora Plumbing again!! It was good old fashion service at a good price. Mostly we got our plumbing needs updated and began what will be a long lasting relationship with this contractor, Aurora Plumbing!

Everything was great. I was at work and had someone at the house to let the plumber in to do the work...came home to the completed job. The only unexpected thing was that they had to break through the wall in our second bedroom to access the pipes for the sink. I was under the impression that they'd be able to do that all from the basement, so have a bit of a project ahead of me to close up the wall. Of course, they asked permission before breaking through the wall. Scheduling process was a breeze and very efficient.

They were good. I was not present. My tenants were there. They were able to schedule an appointment easily. They arrived on time. They did the work efficiently. The item was fixed and has been working well since then. My tenants were pleased with the results. I did speak to them over the phone and the price was accurate.

They said they didn't see the problem, however I have a cup that gather about 1/8-/14 of a cup everyday from the leak. It had gone on for at least 6 months. They came on the day the said they would and in the time frame they said, too and within a week of my call. He did give me an estimate for the hose and let me know the hose would have to be below ground so that it wouldn't freeze. I would say he was not very professional. I was disappointed when he said "I don't see a problem" and now I am still putting up with the leak.

I had originally made the appointment for the next day, but they called and said the tech could come out the same day, which was excellent. He was efficient, friendly, and helpful the entire time.

The project went well. They were pretty quick to respond both in terms of giving us the estimate and doing the work. They performed the work to our satisfaction. There were not any problems afterwards.

They initially sent out two plumbers instead of one and the bill was more than we thought it would be. They had to come out three times to get all of this taken care of. Also, when they fixed the outside faucet the siding was damaged. However, they did send a carpenter out to fix it.

We have used them so many times that we didn't bother comparing prices. Their services are always top of the line and we are confident that we will get the best quality work from them. We will continue to use them in the future.
