Description of Work: Finding this plumber has made my Angies List membership worth every penny. These guys are prompt, polite and professional. I WISH every service provider was of the caliber of this company. Way to go guys. again! The Plumber that showed up at my house on a Saturday- named Sterling- was there exactly when he said he would be, fixed the problem, and did a great job! no hassle, no long wait, no issues. What a relief.

Description of Work: The plumber service indicated that they would be out at our house at 9AM for what was a small repair job. We got a call at 10:30 saying that they would be late. It was disappointing considering that my wife wanted to sleep in on that day and wasn't able to (she works nights). It would have been nice to get a heads up sooner.

Description of Work: I called and spoke with a woman reprsentative about our five-yr old water heater under warranty that had stopped working. She helped me determine my best bet was wait out the few days, if I could manage, until the authorized service rep (I'd already spoken with the company) would arrive. I wasn't thinking it thru clearly since house guests had just arrived. I really appreciate having spoken with a professional who had my best interests in mind with her informaition and advice. I've shopped at Aurora in the past and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: During the kitchen remodel, they installed Rohl sink that we purchased from them. They located a problem in the home we were unaware of and fixe it prior to the completion of the job.

Description of Work: A plumber of considerable experience fixed an outside faucet that involved some delicate maneuvering with a connection inside the wall of the house. Finish to my complete satisfaction.

I phoned Aurora for help because you list it under both appliance repair and plumbing, and because it is not very far from my home. The N. Seattle repairman arrived promptly, proceeded to thoroughly check out my machine;; could find nothing wrong with it; advised me to consult a Sears Kenmore repairman and left me with a bill, which despite your discount coupon it was an expensive job. Listing his work under large appliance repair is both inaccurate and misleading. However, he did clean off the floor and back side of the washer; a rather expensive job, though. Susan Wallace

Description of Work: We buy some various plumbing fixtures here. They always give you the right answer. Their customer service is very good. They sold us the right things when we bought them. I think that they have high quality products, and the price is in the middle, but reasonable.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 outdoor faucets. They are crooked, and do not sit flush with the house, and the plumber used gobs of caulking to fix his error. Installed a kitchen sink faucet. It is loose, and therefore leaks around the base.

Description of Work: Handle broke on the bathtub/shower. I called, described the problem, and they said they could sell me the part and explain installation much cheaper than coming out. I stopped by their showroom, bought the part, and made the repair myself, quickly and easily. The lady on the phone even chuckled when she said, "I hate to talk you out of a service call, but this really is the cheapest and easiest way." She was right.

Description of Work: Thought toilet was leaking - plumber checked everything before doing work. Found no problem, so only charged for service call and stated would perform future work at continuation of rate if problem came back.
