+ -1 moreOnce the Atlas employee arrived, he was great. However, his visit was scheduled for between noon and 3 p.m., and he didn't arrive until about 4. No one called me about this delay (although at about 3 I called the office to find out what was going on, and was told that traffic was to blame). That accounts fully for the lowered grades I gave. I decided to use another installer whose product has a slightly lower profile and was priced about the same.
Description of Work: I was seeking a cost estimate (and overview of installation issues) for placing retractable screen doors on 3 doorways of our house. The Atlas employee visited on 7/23/09, did a very clear job of explaining everything, and left a sample of the screen door mechanism and mesh, a real help.

+ 0 moreWhat I liked the most about them was that they followed up by phone and by email, as well, to make sure everything was working properly. They were extremely good, but their prices are a little bit high. They did a great job.
Description of Work: They put on two screen doors, one in my front door and the other one in the patio door, and it didn't take them long to do so. It was just adding so there was no removing.
