Description of Work: Electrician performed evaluation of our electrical circuit box, outlets, etc. Explained their procedures so we understood. Determined we were up to code. Advised us to remove electrical code from underneath door, which we did. | |They were called to confirm appointment day before, called en route, and arrived on time. They were professional and patient in explaining their evaluation. |

Description of Work: The technical work was great, but having to work with their operations office was not good. They came in to start the work, but failed to contact Seattle City Light to turn off the electricity. So, they had to stop work for 3 weeks to wait for SCL to come (why didn't they contact SCL when I had to put down 20% of the cost 2 weeks before they started work?). Then they took another two weeks after that. A job that was to take 3-5 days took 2 1/2 months to complete, and our basement looked like it was "under construction" the whole time. If I was only rating the technical work, they would get an A. If I was only rating the operations manager, they would get an F.

Description of Work: He promised to call me back but never did - and never followed through with my request. I suppose he is too busy with his other businesses or contracts so that he ignored me. That's okay. I won't be calling him again and I will use other services.

Description of Work: They were there to install a dining room light. They drilled a large hole in ceiling for the new light fixture, but ran into a beam and weren't sure what to do so had to redrill another hole a few inches over. I feel like this should have been evaluated beforehand - instead, now I have a big hole in my ceiling that I am responsible for fixing.

We hope it was explained to you before the job began that we are not responsible for drywall repair but we do have two companies that we work with the we recommend you use for drywall repair. Seeing that your issues are with the quality of our work (due to the hole left behind), we would like to help by offering to help pay a portion of the costs for your drywall repair.
