The electrician was so nice and friendly and totally professional. He had it working in about 15-20 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

He came on time, knew his trade and completed the work as requested with no problems. I had wondered if this coupon might be a "come on" to try to hook us into hiring them to rewire the house, but he did not try to sell us additional services.

After having done the Angie's List big deal, quite a few people had taken advantage of it, so it took a while to get the appt scheduled - was several weeks out. This was not a highly critical activity, so this was not a big deal, however it is something for Angies List members to be aware of. The appt for first thing on a Monday morning. Late the Friday afternoon before, I got a call from the office saying something had come up and the electrician would be about an hour late. While this was not critical for me (since I have some flexibility in my work hours) I could deal with an hour late, but it would have been nice to have more notice, in case the appt had to be changed or it would take me some time to contact my boss to re-arrange my schedule. Monday morning the set time came and went with no calls from either the electrician or the office. At the end of the revised appt window, I called the office. They were quite surprised I had not heard from the electrician and so called him. He apparently was at home because they told me he would come on out. Electrician came out 2-3 hours after the end of the revised appt window. The electrician offered neither apology nor explanation for either revising the original appt or being so late for the revised one and having to be called. He indicated he lived near by and had come right from home. Once he was here he did a good enough job, working promptly and efficiently, doing a good job and cleaning up after himself. Its worth noting there was never any follow-up from the office on the quality of his work. I am pleased with the final work that was done, but am certainly disappointed at the poor job at communication and timeliness. If I did not have a great deal of flexibiltiy in my own work the extended period to get the work done would have cost me more than I had saved in using this big deal contractor!

Easy and simple. I'd normally be concerned with the need for fixing past work, but this was a miscommunication between the elecrrician and the HVAC guys. As You Wish fixed it quickly and without charge. The tech was very clear about what he meant to do and confirmed we were on the same page before starting, then everything wound up as he said it would. The B on professionalism comes from the guy being maybe a little chatty, but it wasn't a big deal. I'd happily use them again.

The Electrition gave me some good insite in handleing upcoming electrical needs as in a hot tub.

The company responsed right away to our phone call, someone came out the next day and did the job. Very professional. Didn't leave anything behind except for the plug in that works great.

Easy to arrange, quick to respond, excellent job. I assumed they'd both be tied to indoor outlets, but he was able to install one directly from the electrical box which gave it more oomph, knowing I'd be running a long extension cord to power tools in a backyard shed. Very pleased. We'll likely look into upgrading our old outlets to grounded ones throughout the house, and will definitely call them for a quote when we do.

The outcome was excellent. They came and did the work as advertised, and they were very professional. The workers were all on time, and they cleaned up very well after themselves.

The service was execut with what everyone wishes for: professionalism, punctionality, courteousy, integrity and at a great value. We received one of Angie's List Big Deal coupons from this company but were not sure if it would apply to our home. So we called As You Wish Electrical and they came out to our home to provide a quote and evaluate the specifics of our home and needs. Scheduling the meeting for the quote was easy and the office personnel were professional. The estimator, Brandon, was punctual, knowledgeable and helped us assess what needed to be done. We chose to go forward with replacing the panel and purchased the Angie's List deal. We were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks and there were no issues with the installation. The installer, Anthony, was great - the consummate professional - and completed the work in less than a day while being great with our Labrador (keeping him in the fence), cleaning up after the job was done, explaining what had been done, etc. The invoice reflected the fact that the Angie's List Deal had already been paid for and I took care of the balance. The city inspector comes in two days and assuming that gets signed off I'd say this was about the smoothest contractor experience I can remember having. These guys are great!

Anthony was punctual. He answered all my questions patiently. He is friendly, courteous, and very professional. He worked at a very nice pace and picked up after himself. I am very pleased with the locations and looks of the outlets!

The exterior outlets I needed were not simple "through the wall back-to-back" installations, so was expecting they would ask for extra charges due to complexity. Boy was I wrong, the electricians went over the top in getting the job done right. One fellow came out on the original appointment day, reviewed the work of where I wanted the outlets to go and decided it was not a one person job (totally appropriate). We set a new appointment and a jouneyman and apprentice electrician appeared as scheduled. The work was done quietly, cleanly and efficiently. My satisfaction was their primary goal. They even took the time (and materials) to change the electrical conduit routing to re-position the exterior outlet box on the deck to a more discrete location. (The plastic bubbles code requires are a bit of an eye-sore). Very happy with the results.

Bryant came out and was extremely personable and professional. We have a very active 4 year old and Bryant was very kind and took some time to listen to him and even check out his current lego project. Overall great service, haven't had a need to use the new outlet but I'm sure everything is fine as I was told it was tested before Bryant left for the day.

This was a Groupon deal for an install for an outdoor outlet - good price, good service and I have an outlet now :)

The electrician seemed competent, performed the services in a timely manner, demonstrated knowledge of outdoor outlets that are up to code, and was very curteous.

Performed as expected and promised. Professional installation.

Very quick, easy installation. I pointed out that there was an inside outlet that could be accessed for this outside outlet. Installer was able to tap into that power source and had the entire outlet in within twenty minutes. Clean and professional installation. Courteous employee. Would use this company again based on this experience.

The representative reviewed the three options I had tentatively identified and confirmed that the least expensive option was the most effective. He could have probably persuaded me that a more expensive option was more effective but did not. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely consider this company for future work. The 'B' ratings for and punctuality were due to a (non-critical) mistake by the scheduling person and not the fault of the service representative. The N/A rating for Quality was due to fact that I didn't purchase any services.

It was completed quickly and to satisfaction.

The majority of effort from start to finish was scheduling. Since weekends were out I had to make it work with my own schedule and simply because I'd already take a lot of vacation days in the prior two months I was trying to make the appointment coincide with a day when I would be home at least half of the day anyway. Scheduling was a little challenging just because of the responsiveness of As You Wish Electric. I would estimate that I had to reschedule three times and over the course of six or so emails I got prompt responses to maybe 75% of them. That meant that there were times when either I wasn't sure if an appointment was set or cancelled. In fact the actual appointment ended up taking place on a day when I had asked it to be rescheduled but had not heard back. Fortunately I ended up being at home anyway and was able to accommodate the electrician. The job itself was quick and painless and from what I observed was relatively high quality. This was not my first experience with the company and over the course of three jobs (I think, but definitely at least two) they have established a track record of quality work and professionalism.

Having left a message last night that I was without lights and outlets in a good portion of my home I was pleased when they contacted me this morning at 8:30 and an electrician was at my home by 9:15. He diagnosed the problem as an outlet with a loose connection, the power was running through the outlet instead of to the outlet, and the outlet was on a breaker rated higher than the wires could handle. He replaced the outlet, changed the configuration to match code, changed the breaker to the appropriate strength, and reinstalled the outlet box (that had been installed incorrectly). He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the problem, the solution, and other general information. The price was reasonable, and worth every penny. I will use As You Wish in the future.

coupon had expried, they still honored it! ( very impressed with this.). after completing work, the electrician asked if I needed him to check wnything else. He completed teh work - an outdoor outlet in less than an hour. very helpful, friendly and adpaptable company.

Overall, good prompt service, but diagnosed the problem incorrectly and so I did not use them. I called for 2 reasons: 1) to get an outlet behind a wall mounted TV above the fireplace and 2) to troubleshoot a heating circuit which had a burning smell eminating from behind the thermostat. They scheduled an electrician to come out the next day to take a look and give an estimate. They were great over the phone. Electrician showed up on time and was very professional. He told me the outlet would be no problem and gave me a competitive quote. He briefly looked at the thermostat, but concentrated on the heater since he noted the "trouble" light was on. So he gave me a quote for replacing the heater. He also gave me a quote for installing an additional heater because I was curious. I did not end up using them, because the next day, someone from another company came out and diagnosed the problem as a short circuit behind the thermostat. The heater's trouble light has now turned off since it was a thermostat problem all along. I wished that the electrician who came out had taken more time to inspect the thermostat so that he could have diagnosed the problem correctly.

In three different rooms in our house the lights and outlets stopped working. I found "As you Wish Electric" off of Angie's list and gave them a call. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and was able to fit me into their schedule within a very resonable time frame. The electrician Anthony arrived on time, he was also very friendly, helpful, and professional. He went right to work to try and diagnose the problem. He communicated with me the whole way, explained everything he was doing, what he was finding, and thankfully he was able to find the problem! Anthony even went above his job to tell me about a completely different issue going on in our attic that we should look into. The price was very reasonable. So happy it was just a minor repair! I had a very good experience with this company and would of course use them in the future! :)

I had a good experience on the phone and set up an appointment for anytime between 12-4pm. The electrician, Anthony, arrived promptly at noon and graciously waited outside as I put my toddler to sleep for his nap. About 5 minutes later, I met with Anthony and he had me show him where I wanted the units installed and, after some thought about the best way to get power from the house, he explained exactly what he was going to do. He was extremely personable and professional as he got to work and finished up the job in ~ 2 hours. Everything went well and I am extremely pleased with the new receptacles. I would absolutely call them for any future electrical work I need.
