AS YOU WISH ELECTRIC

It took 5 weeks. There were a lot of 3 day weeks, and toward the end the job was pushed back. They had to come out twice to deal with breakers tripping. They were always very nice, but I wished the work had been done more quickly and without needing to call them back.

This is a rip off for $125. First, it's a wall mount outside box. So you end up with a brick attached to the side. Second, they won't run any wiring. You have to have an outlet on the inside wall - they just tap in to that. Total time took them 20 minutes, parts was about $15. How the f*** is that a deal at $125? But, they did what they said. I guess I just didn't read all the fine print.

Briant and Matt worked very smoothly as a team, putting in a new circuit to the (over-the range) microwave required fishing wire down into the crawl space and back up to the breaker box. At first it was thought that it might be necessary to bring wire through a conduit in the wall under the range, but they managed to find a place in the crawl space to bring the wire through directly from the microwave area. Briant did the work on the breaker box, somehow managing to keep track of what wire went where in the new breaker box. Matt took charge of the lighting project cutting the holes in the ceiling sheetrock and stringing the wire without any need for wallboard repairs. They managed to complete all this work in one day. Briant and Matt were both of them polite, low key, and demonstrated good knowledge and workmanship. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends.

The electricians were on time, explained the job, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

All I can say is As You Wish lives up to its name! They do business the way it ought to be done! I chose the three electrical companies with the most positive reviews on Angie's List and contacted them to get an estimate for replacing three light fixtures in our home. The receptionist at Company 1, with the most positive reviews, said she couldn't quote me a ballpark figure over the phone and that an electrician would call me back. It's been over a week and I am still waiting. I emailed Company 2 - no response. I then emailed As You Wish, and Cassandra called me within 20 minutes, gave me a clear (and fair) estimate, and scheduled an electrician to come out within two days. Bryan was punctual, friendly, professional, and careful (love it when they put on the booties and lay down a drop cloth!). He worked quickly and efficiently, and we appreciated that he hauled off the old fixtures, as well.The final cost was right on target with Cassandra's estimate, so no surprises there. From my initial email to completion of the installation, I couldn't have asked for a better, easier experience. We plan to have As You Wish back to replace more fixtures, but next time, they will be first on our list!

As You Wish Electric did a good job. They showed up when they stated they would. Their estimated price was accurate and they stuck to it. I have no complaints and I would use them again in the future.

Adam came out to check some outlets in my house that had mysteriously died, plus an exterior light. He quickly spotted the problem on my outlets as a part that had failed and needed to be replaced. He quoted the price and replaced the part very quickly. He also worked on the outside fixture and told me how to deal with the issue versus ripping it all off the wall and replacing. The whole call took maybe an hour and everything was done to my satisfaction. I found As You Wish prices to be very reasonable and I'm so glad I called a professional electrician. Their office staff is very professional as well, helped me set up a time convenient to me, and even gave me a reminder call. I would happily use As You Wish again, on a similar issue or one more complex at my home. It is worth the peace of mind to have a professional.

We were able to solve the problem with his guidance. He was polite, intelligent, competent and patient. He would not accept our offer of payment for his time. You can't get better than that.

Ended spending over $900 for: 1. Permit fees not mentioned in the ad, + $71.40 2. Circuit extension from switch to existing power (read: less than 10 feet of wire in the attic) +$421.00 The electrician was very professional and qualified, he was in and out in about 3.5-hours. Good work but the excessive cost and surprises left an unfortunate bad taste. Will not recommended.

It was good. It was a little tricky, but they took the time and did it anyway. The work they did turned out very well. My interactions with the provider was good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out within a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal.

They did fix the switch but I must admit the $296.75 charge seemed out of line considering just a screw driver was the only tool used. The switch was not correctly connected. He just changed the wires. They were how ever very professional and efficient. Obviously knew more than the guy who installed the switch. I would use them again if I had a difficult problem.

A's across the board for Ali and Bryant at As You Wish Electric! I've never met contractors so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After receiving bids from a couple other top electricians in the Seattle area, I decided to go with As You Wish Electric. Bryant and Ali were very thorough in explaining what the project would entail. They took their time to explain in detail what steps they were taking. Another thing I noticed while they worked was their sense of professionalism. Shoes were always covered in booties and any waste properly disposed of. I have a few more projects in the pipeline and will definitely be calling As You Wish Electric for a bid. Thanks again Bryant and Ali! I hope you enjoy those Greenbucks! :]

Professional, efficient, prompt. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future electrical need.

Took advantage of a "Angie's Deal" offered by As You Wish Electric to swap out current electrical panel. Brandon arrived on time to assess the current electrical panel and discuss other updates. The original $1149.00 offer ballooned into a $3832.00 invoice. The additional cost was associated with upgrading to a 200A panel and installing a whole home surge protection system. Both of which I agreed with and am happy with. Aaron arrived on time to install the new electrical panel. He was very professional and got straight to work. I'm not an electrician so I don't have much to base this off, but his work looked top notch to me. The old panel had wires criss-crossing and looked like a bundled mess. After Aaron was done the panel looked clean and organized. I watched Aaron's helper wipe the cold water pipe dry after attaching a ground wire to it. He had caused a leak. He moved on to other tasks ignoring the leak. I pointed out the leak to Aaron and he took care of it.

Job went awesome! Brian is great and I would use them again. Work was done professionally and left clean!

Adam was very professional at all times. He was very competent, and resolved all my queries to my satisfaction. Even though he had one more job to attend to that day, he took his time to make sure that all of this project's needs were taken care off. I will definitely use their services again for any electrical needs.

We bought a flat-rate "Big Deal" from AYW Electric to install an exterior free-standing outlet. They were very professional from scheduling through execution. The electricians were experienced and helped me make good decisions. The cost was reasonable and they were totally above board on options and pricing. AYW offered a specific time and was very proactive when it came to keeping me informed on schedule accuracy - and they arrived within 15min of their promised time! No window, just a time. The guys who installed the outlet did a very good job of detailing my options and provided sound advice. They were done in a matter of hours and left the site in perfect condition - no trampled plants, no leftover trash, just good clean dirt. They took my credit card which is not a guarantee amongst the trades. The outlet was farther from the circuit so they charged me extra to run a longer line and dig the trench. The price was reasonable and well explained; no surprises or upwell attempts. Just honest service at a fair price.

I hired As You Wish based on the fantastic Angie's List reviews. Their estimate process was prompt and they were the low bid. On the day of work, the electricians arrived on time and were very courteous. The work was done when we got home. The three issues I have with As You Wish, came after the initial work was done: 1) You are given a general estimate for drywall repair but are not offered assistance with scheduling; this was a huge hassle to get handled, and I never ended up using the company As You Wish referred me to. 2) In fixing a light switch, the electrician caused an outlet and our doorbell to stop working, which has required a follow-up visit. 3) I was called on Wednesday to confirm the follow-up visit between 7am and 8am on Thursday. The electrician arrived at 9:20am. Apparently the receptionist that confirmed my appointment forgot about a company meeting that occurs every Thursday morning. Not cool when the second visit should not have needed to happen to begin with.

They are fair in their pricing, they will say what it is going to run and the technician, Jesse, I have used tries to find ways to make it happen.

They were timely and had good communication.

Arrived on time, reviewed the work we needed done and then got to it. They checked in periodically for guidance on our preferences but also provided good advice based on their experience. Both electricians were courteous and professional. We're very satisfied.

From estimate to replacement and repairs the job was done in 2 days. I am satisfied with the work.
