The lighting system is working great. I would definitely call on As You Wish Electric if any other issues arise.

The new electrical outlet was added. In addition, two outlets were replaced. The only reason I gave them a B was because the electrician said he was sent out only to give me and estimate. I needed the work done immediately. He checked with the office and they allowed him to stay and do the work. I would have given them a lower grade if I had to schedule for him to come back and do the actual work.

repairman was so conscientious he came back early the next morning to finish the job. Wonderful!

Quick and efficient, arrived right on time, finished ahead of schedule, worked fine the first time, cleaned up after himself.

There were a few hiccups but for the most part things went very well. The electrician had to come back a few times in the process but all was taken care of and the company is very good to work with

They were punctual, professional, and clearly explained the work and the options. We ended up going with another vendor that was a referral from a friend and in the same pricing ballpark, but we will definitely work with AYW again.

Bad internal communication...so be sure to emphasize when you schedule EXACTLY what you want done! When I called, they scheduled me for a 4-hour window, but then called that morning and narrowed it down to a 2-hr window, which was nice. They then called and said they could come 1/2 hour before the window, which was also nice. Unfortunately, when the two electricians showed up, they had not been told by their office what the visit was for; they thought they were bidding on installing multiple smoke alarms, and had allowed 4 hours. They didn't even have the smoke alarm I had purchased, so they had to leave for an hour to go to an electrical supply place and get one. When they returned, it only took them about 5 minutes to get it installed.

Great, passed inspection with flying colors. We're very happy with the new panel.

It was fine and reassuring to have someone confirm there weren't additional shorts.

Had to change the whole light was to old to replace. we paid about $ 485.00 it was $195.00 hour a little high. Plus I ask about light bulbs never called back.

Two gentlemen came to my house on time and very professional. They have inspected the current electrical related to heating in the house and the room. They are very knowledgable and have given me informative advice on what I need to address the issues. I will use their service again if I have the needs in the future.

They did an amazing job which was very tough work. They were meticulous and took all precautions. Jermaine and rohnil were also very friendly and professional.

Overall very friendly and professional, but feel over charged and did not really pay attention to the details: Promised to add some spark boxes and switch plates but forgot in a rush to get to next job. These are not our usual electricians, but we were in a time constraint and I will commend this company for helping us out. We had two other estimates (one from our usual company and a different company which both capped at $750 for an estimated 4 hours of work). This company was here for a little over 3 hours and total cost was over $1000, so while I recommend them, they are apparently not the most economical option out there.

John came out on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He found that it was not on our end but on the city end. He didn't have to but he waited for the city to come out and advocated for us for the city to do a complete diagnosis. After that was completed, the city employees did find that there were issues on their end and John stayed until they left. We had a great experience with John and really enjoyed his advocacy.

Great! Very smooth and they cleaned up afterwards.

Their scheduling and office communication is not real consistent. The owner offered me a substantial refund to alleviate the experience. Anthony was an expert troubleshooter. They use intern trainees on the job. During August and September, I waited one month to get an appointment which resulted in the job being partially resolved.

It was a simple job but it went very smoothly. The electrician was professional. The amount charged was not cheap but was fair.

The quality of the outlets is great and the tech was very friendly.

The two techs came out, checked my panel, agreed that that was the case. They told me that they would need to get a permit to open the meter. I asked them to check the power at the mast. They did so and told me that the transformer was out at the pole. They told me to call Seattle City Light. They charged me $199 plus tax for 10 minutes of work. :(

Two men from As You Wish Electric arrived (early). They were very professional, friendly and thorough. After removing the old chandelier (18 ft ceiling), they assembled the new one and hung it at various heights for me to get a good sense of where we wanted it prior to cutting the chain. They even wired it in (their suggestion) to see how it gave off light at different heights. Not once did they give the impression that this was high maintenance or out of scope.
