I need the work performed before Sept. 27th (family visiting from out of town) but the contractor has no one available before Oct. 2nd.

It went very well. It was relatively short, the electrician was very courteous and professional. He was also very clean which was nice.

Nothing. Provider never contacted me.

The service provider, Bryan, went above and beyond the scope of an electrician to help me. He uninstalled an old electric wall oven/micro unit (it was heavy) and helped me carry the new unit from my garage into the kitchen to install it. By installing I mean lifting the unit into the wall space and then properly connecting the electricial wires, etc. The unit works perfectly. I greatly appreciate Bryan's willingless to do all he could to complete the job. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took a little more time to install a porch light fixture and light switch which were not on the original order. Excellent service experience and would highly recommend this company! .

They showed up on time, were very courteous, told me the various options I had for the installation, then did a professional job and cleaned up afterward. Really nothing to complain about. I'm sure you could shop around and find someone to do the work for less, but I don't think you'd get the same quality, and I don't mind paying more for quality people who do good work, and I want them to be paid a decent wage. I did not give a letter grade for the price as I got no other estimates, so I don't really know how their price would compare to others.

It worked out fine. They seemed honest and straightforward. They looked at my panel box and advised me to watch Angie’s List for an upgrade deal.

Matt was my electrician, and he was fabulous. He listened to everything I wanted done, and went forth to do it all. He was professional, very friendly and helpful, and the work was done extremely well. I will definitely go back to As You Wish for further electrical work.

This was a deal to install a covered outdoor electrical box. Additionally, I had them replace to outdoor motion floodlights and add an on/off switch to one that was hardwired (extra charge, but reasonable). I then had an estimate and brought them back to replace my 1970's era fuse box. They did excellent work on all projects, and there was no problems with the State inspection. I would hire them back again.

I connected with this company thru an Angie's list big deal to have a bathroom fan installed. They had a good rating that I can't even imagine was true. The mast holding electrical lines needed to be replaced/fixed which I already knew and asked for an estimate. Agreed to it and scheduled the job to be done. First day scheduled they called and electrician was sick. Second time scheduled another installer came out and said first estimate wasn't what I needed and rebid the job. Had to wait 2 weeks for a part to be ordered. But I had to call to get it scheduled again. Third time was today. I had to call three times and each time they were on their way. Supposed to arrive between 8 and 10 and came after 1:00. I called yesterday to be sure they were coming today and that they had two switches relating back to a problem with the fan installation. For the second time, they did not bring the switch...oops, I forgot. Now they need another new part. And part for today's installation didn't get delivered until today--really? When was it ordered. I have a piece of cardboard covering the electrical panel. Maybe Friday? It does me no good to call to be sure they are coming.. The company is not honest and upfront. I work from home and have to adjust tremendously to be without electricity for several hours. I am not sure how to handle this situation since I am in the middle of a bad situation with coming arriving in three days. I can't be around to babysit them, or wait to see if they might show up.

They arrived at their scheduled time but it was later in the day. I thought to just have them finish what they could today and come back tomorrow. They finished the original reason for service and all my add-ons that afternoon! I can now rest easy lighting and garage door is up-to-code and I only need to flip a switch to have light in my laundry area rather than plug in an extension cord. I also feel safer with the security lights they installed for me. It was great that they used the lights I had purchased rather than force me to buy another. I'm definitely having them come back to do more projects.

They were honest for the get-go. I thought I needed it on an emergency basis and they were willing to work overtime to make it happen. They told me that I did not need the electrical work performed that I thought I did because it was based on wrong information.

I have had them at my house three times now and they are the best ever. I love them. Actually I had an incident where it wasn't so well the third time so I had to call them and the guy was helpful to me that he sent another guy out the next day and gave me four or three hours. It was above and beyond and so I love that company.

Great company to work with. Very helpful and very professional. This is the company I'll call when I need electrical work done.

He was really nice and honest. He told me I didnt need the work I thought I needed done and didnt charge me for the trip.

The service was ok but I will have my regular electrician (who was out of town) check it before I could make an evaluation. However, I paid $150 (Big Deal) for the after hours service call. (This supposedly was a $50 reduction of the $199 fee which I do not understand) I was surprised to see the charge of $197 for the replacement switch. Total bill: base total $396: Discount $200 ($150 already paid plus $50 discount): part $197. Sales tax on $396 -$37.12. =$233.62 I called the next day about the charge for the part and was assured that the technician was new and did not fully understand the procedure. The part should only have cost $81.?? I actually forget the exact correction but was told that I would see it posted on the final bill. The Final bill, however was $308.76. My best guess is that the new charge for the part was added but the original was not. I certainly cannot tell if the sales tax was adjusted

We were unsure if we had an electrical problem, or a ceiling fan that needed to be replaced, and the electrician found that is was the wiring to the switch, so we used the service to cover rewiring two switches, instead of one ceiling fan replacement.

No problems at all, wen very smooth and the workes were very profeessional

The service was scheduled for a 2 hour window and on the morning of the appointment the electrician called us as he was leaving the office to give us an estimated arrival time (he arrived about 40 minutes into the 2 hour window). He was quick and efficient and the install time was exactly what he estimated. He also cleaned up after himself (insulation from the attic tracked down into the house). When he was done, we had a working overhead fan and just in time for the next heat wave!

Not good....must be someone who works from home to use this company.

Matt systematically ruled out several alternate causes, and then dug up underground wiring where an improperly spliced connection had come apart. He took the time to obtain the needed connector for underground wiring, did the splicing, and resolved the problem. We couldn't have asked for better service than he provided.

Very poor customer service. They no showed me I booked with them 2 weeks ahead for a small job I needed done at my business. I simply needed a 220 volt outlet installed with 30 amp breaker. The electrician called on the day of the appointment to let me know he'd be 90 minutes late. I asked my employee to wait for the electrician even though it was time to close the business. The electrician no showed us and they did not even bother to call me to apologize or reschedule. Horrible customer service

I tried several times to get a hold of them and they were unresponsive. I did not end up using the big deal.

They contacted me saying they were going to come out and give me an estimate. I sent them a list of dates that would work and I never heard from them again. I wasted days waiting for them.
