They were recommended and scheduled via Ballard Natural Gas as a result of some issues that came up/were discovered during some work they were doing. Even though they were booked out several days they got someone here the next day (they would have come that day but I wasn't going to be here). He also explained to me about electrical panels needing to be replaced periodically which I never knew and what that would involve. I would definitely hire this company again.

It was good but ended up being pretty expensive. I should have hired someone like themselves in the first place instead of going through a friend's recommendation.

The electrician was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem then fixed it up. The price seemed a bit high to me, given how simple the fix ended up being. But probably worth it given that they showed up prepared and on time, were super friendly, and cleaned up well after the job.

We had some wiring issues they corrected. They did the work well and I was real happy with what they did. The pricing for the deal was good!

The guy was super nice! We did have to pay quite a bit extra because it was a big upgrade, not a swap out. The pricing was completely fair. The guy was a miracle worker! When our inspector came out to look at the work, he said it was the nicest work he had ever seen. I was very happy with them and I would definitely hire them again!

They did an excellent job and everything stood about them. They pay attention to detail. I noted another plug while they were here showed it to another guy and he said it has had a problem in it and they were able to take care of it on the spot so that was great. They also found an issue with the blocks that have been put up by the contractor and the contractor turned around together and they got it addressed straight then and there and the job done. The price was fair and quality was great. I would absolutely use this provider in the future.

A few weeks earlier, I scheduled the work on the phone with a very pleasant representative. Two competent and affable men showed up on time, after notifying me of their pending arrival, and took a look at the control panel for our tiled floor heating. They quickly determined that the panel needed to be replaced, although they didn't have any parts with them. After checking their schedule, we arranged that they would come back that afternoon with the part. They arrived, installed the new part, showed me how to program it, and then stayed to explain how to replace a bulb over our shower and talk about what it would take to replace some light bulbs in the entry way.

From Brandon (Estimator) to Beth (Lead Coordinator) to Jesse and Kevin (on site electricians) I have not had a better experience. While the estimate and final $$ amount charged was 10-15% higher than the other two bids, I felt more comfortable with the way As You Wish Electrical approached my project. It was a longer project, one that was a full 8 days of work by Jesse and Kevin plus three others along the way. They showed up each day on time (8am on the dot), worked all day, were cautious with everything in the house. They interacted well with my English Bulldog, and cleaned up their work environment each and every night. Sure there was a bit of dust, but honestly, I was overjoyed at the way they worked and all. Along the way, I asked for a few changes and these requests were met with "Sure! That is not a problem" for each and every one. With a total rewire, I was nervous that I would be out of power for an extended time. Since As You Wish Electical has done this type of job often, there was only a 2 hour window that I could not work from home. If there was one thing that I would ask in the future it is to be a bit more open that to do this type of work will require more extensive wall repair than was suggested initially. It went from "there shouldn't be any damage"...to "just a few 4" holes needed on the interior walls" to at least twenty 4" holes throughout the house. Jesse was kind enough to suggest someone who could come back and repair the walls. For me this isn't a huge issue as I plan to have the interior painted and now just have to have some additional repair completed before the painting can start. All in all a very good job by the team - highly recommend them for your work.

I purchased their $119 Diagnostic plus credit offer for a non-working apartment overhead kitchen light. Someone named Aaron (?) arrived, diagnosed it, and told me it would cost $250 to repair/replace a T-8 ballast if I had not purchased the credit in advance. I asked him how much the part would cost, he said it was $35. He gave me the specific name for it and I saw cheaper ones online. But hey, he was there, and the price was for doing it then, there, now. So basically I paid them $241 to replace a ballast and $35 for the part, with $26 in taxes. I paid for the convenience and the immediacy of the repair, so I am not complaining, but I probably will try to find someone cheaper next time.

My experience with them was excellent. They're reliable. They were very good with their costs and what the overall costs will be.

Needed urgent electrical help during Christmas and New Year's. I live in a 12 unit condo and I was the only unit that was having sporadic power and otherwise low power. Eventually the heat and hot water stopped working. They came out twice as after hours visits and seemed to have fixed the problem, but a day later everything started failing again. They came out a third time and this time I saw that some repair material had fallen from the ceiling into the main breaker box, in which mine was top center and this material oozed and dried in my box and eventually got into the connection. They replaced the breaker and all is well. All three electricians that I worked with plus the people in the office were responsive and helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

This company was easy to get a hold of and to work with. They showed up right around the time they said they would and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up really well after each day's work and the job took less time than I thought with no major budget surprises. Electrical work is crazy expensive but their prices seem on par or lower than what I saw other places. I have a small child who needs to nap and they tried their best to do the noisiest work when she was awake. I would have rated them A for quality because all the work looks great and I am very happy with it over-all but there were some confusing electrical problems after they left. The breakers switched off a couple times for no apparent reason and then an outlet stopped working of a sudden...not sure if these were directly their fault or not. They did come out twice, at absolutely no charge, to diagnose and try to fix the breaker issue (no problems after they came back). I was very happy with their follow up. They also removed a dead rat from the wall...which was above and beyond the call of duty.

Matt and Blake were very professional and friendly. They described what they were doing, why I was having a problem and what our options were. Very efficient and complete. I will definitely hire them again, and recommend AYWE to friends. These guys were the MOST professional guys I have ever had do service work for us. We have lived here for 25 years.

I had called the Office on or about Oct. 15th and let them know I wanted to go with "As You Wish Electric", one because of the courteous straight forward manner of their employees, and second because I wanted an electrician I could count on if I had issues and needed them. I was told the winter months are usually slow and to call a week to a week and a half ahead of time to schedule when construction was ready. Construction finally got going the end of October-Mid November and was finally ready for the electrician to schedule early-mid December. I called and scheduled for Wed. December 24th all day due to the job. I also called on the 16th of December and added a few more things and called back on the 22nd just to make sure if I wanted a further change/add that could be done and was assured I had them scheduled all day due to the initial electrical order. The electricians showed up on the 24th and were very courteous they were able to coordinate with the gentleman performing the exterior siding and discuss what needed to be done and let me know they would have to come back for the exterior lights to be installed and wiring to be completed (4 exterior lights). I called the Garage Door Installer (Doors were sitting in Garage) so the Electrician could coordinate on necessary wiring for all three doors and garage door openers. I was concerned when I was told that the additional items had not been on the order (since I called on Dec. 16th and made notation on my original estimate copy), and equally disappointed when they indicated they had another job they had pushed back an hour and would have to leave around 2:00, and I was told the office closed at 2:00 p.m., so I left a message for a reschedule at 2:09 p.m. as well as expressing my concern over part of the work not being completed. The electricians were able to stay a little longer when I explained the garage door folks would be installing the doors on the 26th and needed to ensure the doors and openers worked. They put in temporary connections (not sure why that wiring was not completed per the original order), and they wired and installed the hanging garage/workshop lights before leaving at about 4:00 p.m. I was told they had to go to another job after mine so hopefully they made it. I paid for half of the work and an inspection and called in on December 26th first thing and re-scheduled for completion of the job on January 9th. Looking forward for the job to be completed on January 9th. The garage door contractor is here and noted he would have to move temporary outlets as they were in the way of garage door motors. Anything more he needed to move would be fixed on the 9th. I called and informed the office for As You Wish Electrical.

After replacing the outlet, he also tried to figure out why my outdoor lights were tripping the gfci outlet. Unfortunately, he was not able to find the fault but neither have the next 2 companies I've had come out to look at it.

That service turned out just fine. My husband handled that deal mostly. It went smoothly. He called them, they came out and they did the job correctly.
