 + 0 moreWe had Dave out for a bid long before we were ready to go. This is because we needed to learn more about our options and we were still learning about the city code requirements. Dave was patient with us and continued to make himself available for altered bids and for our questions. After several months we got the go-ahead from the site inspector to use Dave's recommended paver system, and then Dave started work within a coupe weeks. Dave created a nice grade for the driveway. prepped the base, then made him self available for the inspections as required. Dave left the jobsite clean and in a finished condition. The driveway looks great and meets requirements for permeability. I would definitely recommend Dave from Artemis Landscaping.
Description of Work: Dave from Artemis Landscaping installed a permeable-paver drive way for our new home. This consisted of approximately 400 square feet of drive plus a connection to the sidewalk. The project all had to comply with City of Seattle requirements for Green Storm-water Infrastructure (GSI). This was complete to city specification and the inspector was happy with the work. Dave completed the work well in time for us to get our occupancy permit.
