+ -1 moreAlthough they ask you info to start up a online file for you, they never update that file with your service request info, they don't follow up on your requests, when you call to followup they have no record of the request and you wait again. Even after a home visit to discuss project, no followup. I called, waited waited. Went to Seattle outlet instead, set up home visit, they cancelled the visit. Gave up, found another vendor, bought fireplace in one home visit!
Description of Work: Worst customer service. Gas fireplace project.

+ -1 moreIf you decided to use AquaQuip, insist on retaining a final payment until after they have completed the work or you may spend several months with an incomplete installation.
Description of Work: It took over 3 months to fully install my gas fireplace. It would have taken longer, but the Better Business Bureau intervened and encouraged AquaQuip to complete the work. Once I paid in full, I went to the bottom of the priority list at AquaQuip. I called, emailed, and received a different excuse from everyone I talked to. The new installation date would approach and pass without any word from AquaQuip.

+ -1 moreIn Oct of 2015 I contacted Aqua Quip to schedule a monthly pool service on a home we purchased with a pool and spa. I could not get anyone to meet me or call me back to get a quote for up to 2 weeks. In Feb I contacted them again to resurface both pool and spa along with some repairs. I called 4 times in one week and Ive yet to hear back from them.
Description of Work: I tried to get on a montly cleaning schedule. I also tried to do a pool repair resurface job.

+ -1 moreThe experience with Aqua Quip worked very well. I ordered it in September and they had to keep it in storage for me until I had the slab poured and the base ready. It didn't cost me anything for that storage. The people who came and installed it were sub-contractors but they were really nice, friendly and helpful. They did a great job installing it. I would give them an A+ for price.
Description of Work: I bought a hot tub from Aqua Quip - Seattle. They delivered and installed it.
