 + -1 moreLisa is knowledgeable about the rental market and was able to find decent tenants but Lisa's and the companies responsiveness is abysmal. They don't follow through on what they agree to do. They'd promise, say it was done and when I followed up in person it wasn't done. They left my vacant unit unlocked for 3 days. They lost move-in inspection forms. They "forgot" to cover the exterior hose bibs in the winter. They said they do interior inspections but one of my tenants destroyed the carpet, bathroom sink, left holes in the walls, etc and no one knew about this until I did my own interior inspection. They were also processing my mortgage payment and they were late with the payment 3 times. They always claimed that they check was sent and must have gotten lost. Maybe once. But not 3x. They don't care about your property at all.
Description of Work: They managed my investment property and found new tenants as needed
