+ -1 moreWE DID NOT RECEIVE A QUOTE PRIOR TO WORK BEING PERFORMED, NO MENTION OF COST OR IF WARRANTY WOULD BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT, SINCE PUMP HAD BEEN REPLACED LESS THAN ONE YEAR PREVIOUSLY. SERVICE TECH. DID NOT GIVE ANY RECEIPT OR RECORD OF WORK PERFORMED PRIOR TO DEPARTING. DID NOT RECEIVE A BILL OR ANYTHING FOR 3 MONTHS THEN GOT A PHONE CALL THAT WE WERE DELINQUENT ON OUR BILL. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO CLARIFY THE SITUATION AND LEFT A MESSAGE, THEN TWO WEEKS LATER GOT AN INVOICE. FINALLY GOT TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND NEGOTIATED A SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS.
Description of Work: REPLACED DEFECTIVE PUMP AND TESTED SYSTEM. TRANSPORTATION OF PUMP, ETC. TO SITE.
