[Member Name Removed], You have a water issue in the basement at back left corner. I am honestly enough to tell you the main problem you having is all the downspouts that is draining next to your house specially one at NE corner cost the issue. I sent you a bid to take care of the downspouts which is divert roof water underground to front of your property. My bid is always 100% including materials, I never ask any customers to buy their own materials. After I sent you a bid, you text me back asked me is the materials needed to use can be purchased at Lowe’s. Well, my thought when I see your text was you probably have some help want to try to do yourself. I am nice enough to text you back and tell you yes, you can get all of your materials at Lowe’s. We get our pipe 5000 feet at once every few months. There is no reason I asked any customers to get their own materials. For the guarantee, no I can’t guarantee your basement can stay dry if we take care of downspouts. But my bid is to take care of obvious issue first. I can easily give you a bid that is 5 or 10 times more to put in a footing drain in the basement with sump pump. I make more money that way. I can guarantee you for a lifetime! But that is not the correct fix or approach. For any customers read my response, i can tell you if you have any water issue in the basement. Please check all of your downspouts or where is your roof water goes or end up. 75% of house water issue can be resolved by make sure your roof water is draining away from your house. Not many other professional in this field will tell you this! Also for [Member Name Removed], I do make mistake on some issue along the way over the years. But I can tell you I didn’t make any mistake here, there is not a thing I would change the way I approach this case. The problem here is you don’t understand the way I explained to you how it work. I wish you best of luck! If you end up putting a perimeter drain in the basement, 90% or more of water going into the drain is roof water at back left/NE corner
