Description of Work: The rep I spoke with to set up the appointment was not the most helpful, considering they were the first point of contact. Arranged a date for service but no appointment time, "the tech would call day of to setup his schedule." This would have been very inconvenient if I was not able to go back home from work to open the garage door for the tech. From this point on, the service and responses, as well as honest advice were great! Installed a new motor and swapped to belt drive from my 40 year old gear and chain noise-maker. Would definitely use them again, keeping in mind and planning for the irregularity of their scheduling process. Thanks again Anderson's Door!

Description of Work: I needed two garage doors. The quote process was very straightforward and I went into the store on Aurora to get some additional questions answered. The installer showed up on time and did a good job putting everything where it needed to go in a timely manner. I felt like I had all of the options to make an informed decision and the bid was competitive. The experience is what I hoped it would be and I am happy with the doors so far.

Description of Work: I CALLED THIS COMPANY FOR WORK ON MY POORLY PERFORMING GARAGE DOOR. I CALLED 3 TIMES OVER 1 WEEK AND NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL FROM ANYONE. THIS MADE ME CONCLUDE THEY COULD NOT BE RELIED ON FOR ANYTHING. I OPTED FOR THE NEXT COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST (WHO DID A WONDERFUL JOB).
