They were able to come the next day. They charged a reasonable amount and the door works well.

Steve came out to do an estimate in late August and then due to our schedule and theirs we finally were able to get the work done in early October. They arrived as promised, but the measurements were wrong. They re-ordered the correct size and re-scheduled for the following week. Mark, the scheduler, was very willing to accommodate our time and apologized for the inconvenience. The tech showed up on time and completed the work as promised. He was pleasant, professional he also emphasized that the slightly damaged door could be repaired with the part from the severely damaged door. At one point there were screws and parts all over the garage, but at the end everything was clean and tidy.

I won't be using Anderson Door again any time soon. No part of this went smoothly or as I would have expected. My initial contact with the salesman to take measurements was okay, although it took him longer to contact me than Home Depot had promised. Home Depot had promised that the installation would be done within two weeks. When the salesman came out for measurements he told me that it would be 3-4 weeks. The installation process was not good either. The installer was almost two hours late for the appointment time. He broke a light in my garage and never told me about it. There were pieces of broken glass left on my garage floor, and he did not replace the light that he broke. While showing me the keypad outside the garage he dropped the keypad and it bounced down my driveway. It worked for the first couple of days but is broken now. Anderson is working to fix the keypad but it's at my inconvenience to make sure I am home when the repair guy wants to come to my house.

We went to their showroom on Aurora to look at the doors and openers, and were favorably impressed. However, they never called us back to arrange for a bid. We are replacing 2 doors and installing 2 openers, so this was not a trivial job. We called back 3 times, still no response. Good thing we didn't call them for an emergency.

Our initial experience was very favorable. The salesperson, Mike, was prompt, professional and knowledgable about his product and helped us make an informed decision. The whole process, though began to turn quite ugly as we got closer to installation. The date kept getting pushed back and we felt left in the dark on the when it was going to happen. But the true measure of a company's quality is not how they get the job done right; it's really how well they perform when things go wrong. Can this relationship be saved. Scott, the owner, quickly jumped in as we were clutching the last straw and he ensured a most satisfactory completion, including a goodwill gesture with a discount on the balance due. Scott demonstrated the true meaning of customer service with the resulting end of COMPLETE customer satisfaction! I give Anderson Doors an A+ and recommend them to anyone!

They were the only company that I could find to fix my garage door. They went above and beyond the work.

We needed to replace a track for our garage door. Steve arrived promptly and said we needed a part from a defunct company. He was able to find one and replace it for us. He charged half price for the return trip to install the piece. While he was professional and efficient, we did feel that we'd given him adequate information to try and locate the part in advance so we should have had to pay for only one service call. Nevertheless, he did a fine job and we would probably call them again.

Anderson Door Co. scheduled a service man to come the next day after my call. He called the next morning to schedule a time for his visit. He was on time and called just before he arrived to let me know he had arrived. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about my door's operation and mechanical components. He did some adjustments, installed a new switch upon my request since one of the switches near the door didn't work too well. He gave some tips about maintenance and lubrication.

I called at 7:30 am (in a panic) and they told me that they would call back at 8 with an approximated time for the afternoon. They said between 1:30 and 3:30 and were there at 1:30!

PROMPTLY RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALL TO BID THE JOB. OFFERED MANY CHOICES OF DOORS IN VARIOUS PRICE RANGES. JOB WAS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED ON TIME AND EXACTLY AS BID. REMOVED ALL OLD DEBRIS FROM JOB SITE AND LEFT AREA CLEAN. HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST FOR REPAIRS AND THEIR WORK WAS VERY SATISFACTORY.

WE USE THEM WHENEVER WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR. THEY ALWAYS HAVE COME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND BEEN FRIENDLY AND VERY GOOD AT FIXING OUR PROBLEM. THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST TRY.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND HELPED US PICK OUT NEW GARAGE DOORS. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOORS AND TOOK THEM AWAY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE, WORK PERFORMED AND THE EXPERIENCE. DAVE HANDLED EVERYTHING OVER THE PHONE AND I WAS GLAD TO SEE THE PROBLEM FIXED AS EXPECTED. WOULD HIRE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

ANDERSON DOOR COMPANY ORDERED, DELIVERED AND INSTALLED OUR DOORS AS PROMISED. WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE OLD WOOD GARAGE DOORS WITH NEW ALUMINUM DOORS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE FROM ANDERSON, WHO ARE TRULY GARAGE DOOR SPECIALISTS.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE MAN WORKED ALONE AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS AND EXPLAINED SOME IMPORTANT FACTORS OF THE NEW DOOR, WHICH WAS HELPFUL.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FIT AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THIS DOOR INSTALLATION. THE JOB WAS FINISHED QUICKLY AND I COULD NOT FIND A SINGLE FLAW OR GAP AROUND THE DOOR, EVEN WITH AN UNEVEN FLOOR. THAT MUST HAVE REQUIRED SPECIAL ATTENTION.

ANDERSON'S DID A GREAT JOB OF FIXING THE PROBLEM AT A FAIR PRICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND WERE ON TIME TO DO THE WORK. THE DOOR HAS WORKED WELL SINCE THE REPAIR.

DAVE C. AT ANDERSONS DOOR COMPANY CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIRS NEEDED. THEN HE CAME BACK A SECOND TIME TO DO THE REPAIRS. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

ANDERSON'S DOOR COMPANY PROVIDED THE A BROAD SELECTION OF GARAGE DOORS. THE COMPANY WAS BUSY BUT MET THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE WHICH WHICH WE WERE ASSIGNED. OVERALL THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.

THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS PERSONABLE AND INFORMATIVE IN DESCRIBING THE CAUSE AND THE FIX FOR OUR PROBLEM. HIS SERVICE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND THE DOOR OPENED AND CLOSED CORRECTLY FOLLOWING THE SERVICE.
