+ -1 moreI had a great experience. I was on a tight timeline and was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling. Lance McIntosh came to the house and spent about 3 hours there. He was very knowledgeable about older homes and did a very thorough job. He took the time to explain things to me as we went through the house and I received a comprehensive report with photos that same week. I was very happy with the detail and accuracy provided. I feel comfortable that I have a clear picture of the home's strengths and areas that need addressing as a new homeowner. Pricing is based on the age and size of the home and I found the price to be comparable to other inspectors. My realtor, though, strongly recommended Lance because of his experience which definitely came through.
Description of Work: I needed an inspection for an older home (1928) I was purchasing - 3100 sq feet.

+ -1 moreThe Amerispec agent arrived promptly and went to work immediately. He was very thorough and checked the building literally from top to bottom. He spent a considerable amount of time in the crawl space and also spent time on the roof. His work resulted in the seller crediting us the cost of a new roof at the time of closing.
Description of Work: We have used this Amerispec office on several occasions. The most recent of these was to confirm the condition of a rental duplex we were intending to purchase.
