Svetlana and her gang have been cleaning our apartment for 7 months now. I always look forward for them to come. The apartment always looks so nice when they leave! They are very dependable and are easy to work with. I work from home so when I am busy in my office and they are unable to get in here and clean they are very flexible and are happy to swap that for something else. Today they cleaned my refrigerator and freezer! It is actually shiny! Svetlana is very flexible. She is happy to schedule more time if I need something extra done. I think our apartment is cleaner than when we first moved in!!! They make m husband and my lives so much easier!! Well worth the money!!

I called this company because the company that I had been using had gone out of business. Svetlana came to the house several days before the cleaning to give us an estimate and determine what needed to be done. We were immediately impressed with her knowledge of housecleaning - and appropriately embarrassed when she (nicely) showed us how dirty things were. She arrived on time with one helper, one less than she normally uses. The two of them worked nonstop all day. Our house has never been so clean! I was here much of the time and they were both very respectful and asked my opinion if there was any question about what should be done. I was so impressed with how clean things were so asked her if she used a special soap. I was amazed when she said "no, it was just soap and water."

Svetlana, Tanya, and Luba were here 5 hours! Fantastic job. 8/28/14: Changing quality to a 4. I noticed when they were still cleaning that one of them had dislodged some tile in the bathroom. (She said she barely touched it and the tile fell). Right after they left I noticed that the panel of the oven where the knobs are had been scratched. I can't recall ever damaging anything when I clean but the few times I've had professional cleaners, seems like something is more likely to break or get damaged. Funny how people work differently when it's not their own home. With Amazing, they did not point out the fallen tile or scratched oven, I just noticed it. But only today I figured out why my oven hadn't been working since they cleaned. Apparently someone removed the oven temp guage knob to clean it but when she put it back she put it upside down, so when it looked like you were selecting "clean" you were actually selecting "300 degrees" and vice versa. This is pretty sloppy and definitely absolutely avoidable. It also caused me a great deal of hassle when I burned a dessert and then couldn't get oven to work at all for the main dish when having guests over a few days after the cleaning. So I'm lowering their rating for quality and professionalism. I guess the only advice I can give is ask Svetlana and her crew to be careful.

Three incredibly energetic ladies, including the owner, Svetlana Wise, showed up on time with cleaning materials in hand and worked steadily for almost 6 hours. About a week before Svetlana came out to the house to make an estimate and discuss precisely what would be done. The final cost was exactly what was estimated and the work was done as described (with a few extras thrown in).

Svetlana and her team did a very thorough deep clean on a 3-bedroom house we had been renting for 3 years. My partner and I are not great housekeepers (okay, we're terrible), so the place needed quite a bit of work. First, Svetlana met me at the house and took me room to room, explaining what she could clean and how. She gave me the opportunity to pick and choose, which was very helpful. I opted to have them clean everything, from window tracks to the fridge to wiping down the blinds - the works. Svetlana was informative about how she would clean things, and how long different things took. It gave me a very good idea of what I would by paying for, and which jobs were the most time-intensive. She was extremely professional during the estimate meeting, and I was very happy with her quote. I knew it would be a huge job, and compared to the one other time I've hired a cleaner, I thought the quote was very reasonable!. And the moment I met her I could see that she was experienced, efficient, and knowledgable. She is also very friendly! She also responds to messages and phone calls quickly, which I appreciated. When it came time for the actual clean, Svetlana and three others came and immediately got to work. They ended up staying later than she had initially estimated, but didn't charge more. They did an amazing job. The house looked 10 times better than it did when we moved in (and I hadn't thought it was dirty, then). I was just floored at the job they did - the house was as sparkling. Nothing was overlooked. When she did spot a couple tiny things while walking me around at the end, she went back to the car for supplies to take care of them. And in the end, we got out entire deposit back from our rather tight-fisted landlords, thanks to Amazing House Cleaning! Now that we've moved into our own house, we're going to hire a regular house cleaner, and Svetlana is definitely who I will be calling.

Fantastic! I can highly recommend "Amazing House Cleaning". The company has now cleaned my house three times. The jobs have been done so well, have now hired them on a permanent basis to clean every two weeks. Truly excellent service...I've hired several cleaning companies over the past thirty years; "Amazing House Cleaning" is by far the best. The experience has given me "POH", - (piece of happiness!!)

Before the day of the cleaning Svetlana came to look over our house and discuss the details of the cleaning, and she gave me the price it would be. I liked that we then both knew the expectations, and I was glad it was not based on time. On the day of the cleaning four women came and scrubbed the whole place and they did an excellent job! My house had not been professionally cleaned in a long time and they made it shine. Svetlana was kind and communicated with me about everything as they worked. I will have them back to maintain my home in a few weks.

Thing started out great with a team of women cleaning our house. Svetlana's cleaners were helpful, thorough and punctual. Our major issue was that throughout the time she cleaned our house there were significant communication issues in dealing with Svetlana. We would ask her to focus on something that hadn't been being cleaned properly the previous month and she would reply by asking us for more money or by saying that her cleaners did not have the proper equipment to, for example, vacuum pet hair from a rug. If she had let us know proactively about these issues they could have easily been resolved. As she expanded her business the past year, her cleaning crew was stretched between more houses and the quality of work suffered. Because she took on more clients, one person was cleaning our entire house as opposed to a team, and it often seemed they were rushing to get the job done and missing details. After her cleaner broke one of the attachments to our vacuum last month and didn't say anything about it we decided it was time to find a different cleaning service.

We are SO happy with the work Svetlana and her helper did. Given how dirty our house was when we moved in, I was not surprised that Svetlana estimated the job would take 5 hours. They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, all floors, plus window sills and tracks. I was actually home for most of the time, and I couldn't believe how hard they worked. They never slowed down! Our kitchen is completely transformed, and it feels so good to be in a freshly clean house. When we set up regular house cleaning we are definitely calling Svetlana! Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

We have always been very pleased with the cleanings from Amazing House Cleaning. They pay attention to detail and are very trustworthy. Our home feels so great and clean every time they have worked for us. We highly recommend them.

Svetlana and her team having been cleaning my house weekly for a year and a half. They are very reliable and punctual. They are careful and extremely thorough. They change sheets, wash laundry, do dishes, vacuum floors and then mop them, vacuum carpets, etc. Every so often Svetlana notices something that needs to be done (like the tops of the door frames needing to be dusted) and she'll have her folks take care of it. She even took apart the fan that's over my oven so she could clean it. She definitely goes above and beyond what previous housecleaners have done for me. She has my keys and I am totally comfortable with her coming and going without me there. She is even careful to watch that my cat doesn't escape. She is also very good about communicating problems or anything out of the ordinary. For example, when my husband left the oven on (and she discovered it), she let me know. I have been nothing but pleased with her service.

We needed to arrange a move-out cleaning last minute after our movers rescheduled the timing of our move. I called Svetlana off of the reviews on Angie's List. She was willing to bring two helpers and do the total house cleaning on a Sunday morning (generally a day they would not work) to accommodate our scheduling challenge. Svetlana is very high energy and thorough, holding to a very high standard for cleanliness. She was very punctual, professional and clear in her communications throughout our interactions: in her response to my request, her estimating visit, and during the cleaning. Although she thought that the cleaning would require more time than I did, we negotiated a price. In the end her estimate of time was more accurate than mine. Though she was willing to hold to her negotiated bid, I paid her for the extra time because it was clear they had done a very thorough job. Svetlana has a strong sense of professional pride that assured me I was in good hands. I would highly recommend her.

I spoke with Svetlana (the owner) and she returned my call very quickly. Next day she came for the estimate and was able to schedule the cleaning the same week. On the day of the appointment Svetlana and her assistant arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were very pleasant and did an outstanding job. The kitchen stove and two bathrooms turned out cleaner than the first time we moved in!! Blinds, inside refrigerator, all cupboards, etc. ? looked amazing!!! I will highly recommend this company and will be using them again!

We've been using Amazing House Cleaning for over nine months. The owner, Svetlana, comes to our house every other week and cleans for 6 hours. She is always on time and does a very thorough job. She will tell you that she does detailed cleaning and she does. She is a hard worker and is very efficient. It is fun to open the door to a shiny, clean house! Svetlana has been flexible if our schedule requires a change and has changed start times or days to accommodate us. She is easy to contact via email and responds quickly. She figures out on her own what needs to be done, but is also responsive to any requests that we have. Svetlana is careful with our antiques and glass objects. She is reliable, courteous, dependable, and an excellent housekeeper. Finally I have found someone who I would recommend to my friends!
