Am Pm Exterminator

Description of Work: We have had a yellow jacket infestation! We had another exterminator out to spray four times and begged with this company for help. They basically sprayed the same exact area where the other exterminator sprayed and said during the winter it is difficult to find yellow jackets unless they know where they are coming from. If we knew that we would not be still dealing with these d*** yellow jackets! They also told us they would only come out until the end of the year, basically a 2.5 week guarantee during the holidays. We had family events and then I was ill. Now, it is December 31st but they won't come out again in January even though the yellow jackets keep trickling in and my husband is allergic! This is INSANE! We'd like a refund, because they didn't take care of the problem. This is the second exterminator that cannot get rid of these bugs. Angie's List, I pray we can find a good one this week after pay day and maybe we'll get rid of these d*** yellow jackets!
