They did everything that they said they were going to do, and showed up on time. I would use them again, and I had actually recommended them to others.

Rich was very easy to schedule. He did an excellent job. He was prompt. He is licensed to the hilt. He explained everything really well. He broke out the estimate into its components so I could pick and choose. He took care to screen the downspouts so debris wouldn't be pushed into them. He cleaned up afterwards. In hindsight, however, it probably would have been wise to have covered the rhododendrons and azaleas in the front of the house. The blooms did get fairly beat up from the stuff falling from the roof. The blooms were at their height and really pretty. Pretty much was the end of the blooms on those plants. Also, someone else mentioned the religious DVD--that was kinda odd and left a weird impression on me. I didn't play it, as I assumed it was religious or something, which I don't care for. Other than that, great work!

Good to work with, friendly and responsive and honest. The only thing to note is that he left a religious DVD with the billing paperwork, which I just threw out.

All Year has performed services for us on two separate occasions - and each time, he was professional and did an excellent job. His prices are fair & reasonable. I plan on calling them again to do our windows.

I spoke to Dena who scheduled Richard to come by my house, which he did the very next day. He called me at work and gave me a detailed estimate for each component of the work. I elected to have all the work done. Richard did great work for a good price, and cleaned up well after the job. The whole experience couldn't have been easier. I'm very satisfied.

I would definately hire Rich to spray moss control on the roof and to clean the gutters but I will not hire him to clean downspouts.

We called, they came and did the work. Very nice guy. My only regret with the service was that I left one of our skylights was open just a crack and a little water came in.

They did the work sometime in the first quarter of this year. I can't remember how much I spent. They were responsive and professional. I may use them in the future.

great job, I called and within 2 days rick arrived for an estimate. He called me at work, gave me the quote, i accepted, he did the work, left me an invoice for me. Good ole fashion service.

Excellent! Contacted answering service on Friday evening, Rich got in touch on Saturday and was able to come out that day. Completed the estimate in a few minutes on the roof, provided a clear sheet explaining costs and procedures. Rich had time to complete the work that day. In just a few minutes, he backed his truck up to the outside faucet and started work. In about 90 minutes, he was done, including rinsing all of the areas that got dirty during the roof wash, and moving back the patio furniture. Outstanding job, everything very clean now, and all of the work from contact to performance to bill was excellent!

Over 2.5 week period I called 5 times leaving messages with the answering service and never received any response back. Based on the reviews I was looking forward to working with this company and gave them ample benefit of the doubt. I even asked the answering service if the owner was on vacation or had family issues so I could set appropriate expectations. They assured me he was working and available and should call back soon. No luck so I used someone else.

Rich did an excellent job. He was able to perform the service on the same day I called. He was fast and efficient and left the premises very tidy. I definitely recommend him.

Estimate was quickly given after a bit of phone tag, and services scheduled very fast. Services were performed well, roof looks great. He did leave a bit of mess with the moss from the roof left in the grass, but nothing too bad. Does not accept credit cards, but left an invoice to pay within the week.

This was a very good experience and Rich (the owner) did a terrific job! I got a call back from Rich within a half hour after leaving my name and number, and he was able to come by to give me an estimate less than an hour after that. He inspected the roof, and put together an estimate for me, carefully explaining what he was proposing to do and why, and being clear that it was my option to choose to do part (roof cleaning, roof zinc treatment, or gutter cleaning) or all of what he was recommending. With the estimate he showed me his documents indicating he is licensed, bonded, insured, and a WA Dept of Agriculture certified Demossing Applicator. Both he and his price were so reasonable I decided to hire him on the spot. Rich got right to work, telling me the job would take about 3 hours. He worked quickly and efficiently; a real one man dynamo. When he was done his estimates of cost and time were right on the mark. He did a very good clean up job, even cleaning up on my neighbors property where moss from the roof had fallen. Rich was very professional, coureous, and obviously takes pride in his work. I will definitely hire him again.

I called and left a voicemail. My call was returned the next day. Rich, the owner, showed up within an hour and gave me a free estimate, following a thorough look at the roof. I was happy with his price and he was ready to do the job right away! He said the job would take about three hours, which turned out to be accurate. He did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He told me the moss treatment would probably need to be repeated in two years, but that the power washing wouldn't be necessary again. I intend to hire him again.

Man was informative about the work recommended and how needed. Estimate was presented, everything with good manners.

Rich came out to give an estimate and I was so impressed I hired him on the spot, which I NEVER do. In fact I had two other companies coming out to give estimates and cancelled them when I found Rich. What he said made sense and there wasn't a bid or scare tactic to get me to more than I needed. He was just plain honest and straightforward...which seems hard to find these days. He did a roof preservative on our 5 year old roof, along with a gutter cleaning. He reviewed the roof by getting up there and walking across it rather than just eyeballing it from the street. He was professional and cleaned up after the work was done. I liked that he is the owner of the company so he takes great pride in the service performed. I highly recommend him!!!

The driveway and patio look fabulous. Unfortunately, the front and back yard are a disaster. instead of cleaning toward the middle, he simply blew things onto the yard and plants, many of which shriveled and are dying

Excellent. Rich was very polite and pleasant. He came out when he said he would, always called ahead of time(this was a major job and required a two step process)and was very thorough with his work. There was so much moss and debris on our roof that our entire house was a mess but Rich cleaned all the mess. Rich saved us thousands of dollars by making our roof look new and delaying the need to completely replace it.

They removed the moss from the roof, and cleaned the gutters and picked up after they finished working. The crew that came out was respectful and nice to everybody. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

Work was done accordingly and as agreed, excellent work. Contact and arrangement was a bit unusual - if you can work around that its fine.
