I contacted All Year Moss Control by phone and got service the next day. Gutters are clean, leaves removed. Super service!

This is funny and a little twilight zoney. I live in a duplex 16 years now and I used to have this guy clean my gutters off and on. Somewhere along the lines I lost his number years ago. The last person that cleaned was AA gutter and they charged $250 to clean gutters and put moss control on my roof. My husband came unglued. He said find someone else. I went to Angie's list found this and the prices were much more reasonable. I called and it went to a answering service and his mom or someone called me back then he called me and came out and he said he used to clean our roof long time ago I realized it was Rich that I had lost his number! I am totally thrilled to have him back doing my roof. He is a great guy and very nice and deserves the work. He only charged my neighbor and I $70 to clean gutters for the whole house. Thanks Rich! Nice to have you back Totally a fluke that I picked him to call the name of company has changed.

I called him. He did the work and he left.

Used Rich for the 3rd time in 4 years to clean my gutters. Evidently scheduled him during his busiest week of the year. He showed-up and cleaned gutters on a day within the range of days he provided to me. I was not home when he showed-up to conduct the service. He called me and confirmed that he was enroute. He increased the price by 25% from last year over the phone. I told him that it was OK (I never want to upset a contractor when I'm not at home). I'll probably use him again nest year, but make I'll sure that the price stays the same for the next gutter cleaning. I view him as an "A" rated contractor.

I am a very busy person and don't have time to write essays for fricking Angie's benefit.

Rich and his partner were terrific. They arrived the day after we contacted them, gave us a reasonable estimate and their recommendation, and immediately went to work cleaning the roof sections on this multi-level house. Rich was very customer-oriented, efficient, and eager to to the best job possible. We will definitely call him again.

This is the third time we used Rich. I also had him do my mother's home. Rich is very easy to work with and is Johnny on the spot after calling him. Rich does a good job and the price is very reasonable.

Went great! Gutters cleaned quicky and was priced well. He didn't give me a time of when he's show up, but it didn't really matter since he was outside.

From start to finish we were very happy with this service. The estimate and work were done on the same day. We would use them again!!

Initially called and spoke with company's answering service. It took 2-3 days for call back from scheduler and a few days after that for worker,Rich, to come out and do estimate. He called me and gave verbal estimate which I accepted and he did the work that day. Notable he was very meticulous and minimal debris was left behind.

This was not an easy job because this was on a tall two stories building. He was very prompt, thorough, and professional

From the initial contact with the company to completion of the service everything was very professional. Rich called in advance to confirm this time of arrival so he was prompt and courteous. He explained the procedures and the costs. He performed the moss removal services and cleaned up after conclusion of the job. We would definitely use his service again. He was very helpful and informative.

This time I called on a Thursday and left a message with his answering service that I needed my gutters and roof cleaned and treated for moss. He was out that afternoon and had completed the work before I got home. I was expecting to have to make an appointment for the following week. Very good job with clean-up afterward.

It went fine. He arrived on time, inspected the roof, made a recommendation on what I needed and completed the work in a couple of hours.

I used All year moss control few times. They are reliable and did a good job on everything.

This building is about 8,000 sq feet of roof. No small task! But the work was done on time, at the price quoted and with no complaints from me.

all was great considering what he had to do, and timely...went to work right away !!!

They did a very good job. They didn't really clean up the moss residue afterwards, but they didn't say they would either.

Rich did such a great job. He was friendly and very informative by pointing something out how we can save some money. His price was very good. We are just so happy with this company. I am so glad to find him through Angie's list. Joining Angie's list was one of the best thing I did this year. We will use him again and will tell our friends about him for sure.

I contacted All Year Moss Control to discuss possible gutter cleaning repair. A company representative contacted me on the Monday following a message I the night before. She was very nice and said she would have Rich contact me to set up a time to look at the gutters on our home. Soon after - Rich contacted me and was able to swing by the house that afternoon. I let him know I did not know if the sgutters needed repair or just clearing. He took a look and gave me a call to say he thought they needed cleaning - and were completely clogged. He explained the cost of any repairs he may need to make if he needed to disassemble the downspouts to clear them - or replace any of the screens. All prices were very reasonable. He also said he could do the job while he was there - and contacted after to let me know what he found. He said no disassembly or screens were needed. He air cleaned the entire roof, and cleared the gutters and downspouts. He followed up with me to see if they were draining properly and was very friendly. He left an invoice and envelope for me to send payment - which I did the same day I was so pleased. *I also asked for an estimate from LeafBlaster to have the gutter cover system installed - and are still deciding whether to purchase. Great experience and a big thank you to Rich and co. for speedy response and great attitude! We will use again and will recommend to others!

I never met him, but my husband was here, and I found them on Angie’s List. They had great reviews. They were very responsive in calling me back. They called to say when they are coming. They gave us an estimate, and cleaned up when they were done. I think their price was fair, but I haven’t compared them with anyone else.

Andy was very responsive and professional. He gave an estimate over the phone after viewing our house online and the final price was on budget. He called on the scheduled morning to let us know that his crew was running late and I could either wait until later in the day, or he would be happy to come do the job himself. I asked him to come and he wasted no time getting here. Because fof the difficult access to the roof, he had to carry all of his gear up 2 floors, out the bedroom window and then climb up onto the roof. He worked hard, nonstop for about 3 hours and was able to scrape off all the moss from some very difficult areas. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Great guy, great price, great job!

Rich had space come up in his schedule and was able to come out and give an estimate as well as do the work the same day I called. He is a polite and pleasant business person and did a great job on all the work, I will call him again for these services.

I called and left a message on his answering service on a Thursday. The next day, Rich called me back; I described the job to him, and he had an opening that day. He was up at our community playfield in Bellevue within a couple hours. He carefully pressure washed a moss-covered basketball/sport court that had been neglected for a number of years. It took about an hour and a half to do the job, and he was very friendly and professional. As other reviews have noted, Rich is a bit of a character, but it makes for a fun interaction. He comes in a yellow ex-rental truck with hundreds of feet of hose: the nearest hose spigot was 200' away from the court, and he easily had enough hose to reach. (At the end of the job, he gave me an "inspirational" CD, which was interesting, but not appropriate for my young children to listen to.) This was my second job I've hired him for, and I'd definitely hire him again.
