Description of Work: Richard came promptly to pressure wash my patio and deck as well as moss treat the roof. The wash quality was good. However, he left a big mess of mud for me to clean off my patio, plants, and outdoor furniture. The furniture was scattered everywhere. Also, the zinc treatment for roof moss control is something he said you can buy at Home Depot.

Description of Work: This is the second time this company has cleaned my roof and gutters. It is a small operation and they do not take credit cards. Rich is very reliable and very reasonable. He came back immediately to check on a perceived problem. He has given me good suggestions for gutter coverings/replacement that also seemed quite reasonable. I just have not taken him up on it yet.

Description of Work: Rich came out in 2008 to spray my roof for moss; it is due to be done again. Rich came when he said he would, called me with an estimate and did the work immediately. Rich's sister, who schedules appointments, is very enjoyable and personable to talk to.

Description of Work: The owner Rich came and perform a very good job in treating the roof and repair some 4 tiles that are broken. He also clean the gutter and now there's no more leak so far. I have to wait till it rain this weekend and check it out. Otherwise, the charges are better that other quotes and I am happy with the result. The owner itself takes time explaining what he will do and what's done afterwards. He knows his trade very well. I highly recommend him.

It was a good experience.
Description of Work: They cleaned the roof & gutters. They also installed new screens on downspouts (which needed them). He checked the downspouts & tried to clear the drain line using power flush. This last didn't work. All Year isn't equipped to clean drain lines. I will look for a drain line cleaner.

He is quick and efficient.
Description of Work: He comes in and used non-toxic materials to clean your roof, dock, furniture on the dock, the deck and the furniture and a brick entry. He has state of the art cleaning equipment and is very quick.

Description of Work: Cleaned and moss treated steep, multi-level roof. Also cleaned moss off a heavily coated walkway. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Also cleaned gutters. Company representative returned my call the same day in the evening, and provided very good detailed information on company history, and explanation of services. An estimate was done for the work within 2 days of call, and technician was able to complete all work the same day! Technician, Rich, was very polite, and courteous and gave a through explanation of work to be performed, and furnished all licensing and liability information. The job was done very well, completed as per estimate, and price was very reasonable for work done.
