Description of Work: Gutters were cleaned and repaired. In addition new stainless steel gutter guards were installed, but there were problems with them owing to the length of the roofing shingles extending over the gutter. Because of this the stainless guards were eventually removed and replaced with a different, less costly system. Chuck was always responsive to every request to try to make the stainless guards work but in the end replacement was the only option. Chuck was very professional, kind and thoughtful and refunded the cost of the stainless guards (including the cost of his labor). I have dealt with numerous home service providers over the last 40 years and Chuck is at the top of the list in professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend All Clear.

I felt that he steered me in right direction, and did not try to sell me a service/part that I did not need. I intend to use him again this spring for window cleaning.
