+ 0 moreWe hired Sam to remodel our basement. At first he did okay, but wasn't able to handle complications of any sort. The carpet that was installed was the wrong color and the install was done poorly. The heating vents were never hooked up in the basement bathroom and dry-walled over. Instead of fixing these problems, he sent one of his workers to pull all their tools from our house at 6 am on a weekend. Just fixing these problems caused us a huge amount of hassle, mess and additional expense. His bid may come in low, but fixing his errors was difficult and costly. Don't hire this company.
