He was nice, but I expected that all of the vents would be cleaned as well as the ducts. At least this is what I understood from the ad. He proceeded to explain that my 10 vents needed to be "deep cleaned and sanitized", for an up charge of $310! When I said that I thought the vents were to be cleaned as part of the service, he said no, they needed deep cleaning. He asked for and I showed him the voucher stating that basic cleaning included all vents, returns and main truck lines. He said that was for inspection, not cleaning, and offered to vacuum all of the vents to make me happy, which is fine, and I'm glad he did, but I'm really not happy at being up-sold. I feel misled. If i'd wanted to pay $399, I would have ordered a truck-mount power-vac service!

They were great! We aren't big on writing reviews, but we were definitely impressed with their work. They took before and after pictures so we could see what was going on. Very professional.

My job was not without challenges, and Eddie jumped over all of the Hurdles in a professional manner. I had a question on billing, and we resolved it fairly to both of us. (to me anyway! I hope to them also.) I especially liked Eddie's cleanliness - wearing booties in my house, and taking them off and putting them back on each time he had to go outside and back in. - Not something a lot of workmen will do. I will use them in the future, and highly recommend them.

The two technicians were on time, polite, very professional and diligently did the job. Eddie was very informative and took digital pictures of the before and after which he showed me. He also explained that my dryer vent was so clogged that it was probably why I had to replace my clothes dryer's heater element last spring. He got a lot of lint out of that dryer vent hose. It was clearly a fire hazard and I am very grateful that we had the service done. My only issue was the total cost was way more than I expected. I had purchased the discounted $89 deal on Angie's List and I knew that it would only cover the bare minimum. I figured it would probably be a couple of hundred dollars more to do the whole house and they would let me know when they were at my home . So, after they completed the $89 service and showed me pictures of the dust and lint still jamming the return, motor and fan, Eddie gave me the $442.27 estimate to do those parts and the rest of the house vents. I have never had the vents cleaned in the 13 years we have been in this house, so I was expecting the price to be higher to cover the additional items, but I never expected it would be an additional $442.27 above the $89.00 discounted offer. But, I also knew that this had to be done and I don't blame anyone but myself for not knowing how expensive it would be. If I would have done the simple search online before I ordered the service, I would have seen that dryer vent cleaning averages between $300 to $500. I eventually got over the sticker shock and reminded myself that the reason I use Angie's List is to get quality service at a good price, which I certainly got from the Air Duct Pro's job this time, and as I have gotten every time I have used Angie's list. In the future I just need to remember to do my homework and get estimates before I buy, so I know what I am getting into.

I felt like when we did the air duct inspection instead of using a professional camera, they just used a cellphone to snap some pictures. I think they were professional but they did try to upsell very hard their service. The pricing was fair. They were very late.

It was okay. He was pretty booked so it took a while for him to get to me. They tried to upsell me a couple of things but other than that everything else was good. The price was fine. They were good. When they finally got there, they finally showed up at the time that they said they would show up. I think that once they showed up everything was exactly the way I expected it to be so that's what turned out to be pretty good about that.

It's okay. The price was a lot better than the other service providers that offered me. They were there early.

Air Duct Pro showed up early (but I wasn't home yet) They came right in and did the work. They took pictures of before and after. Very thorough, friendly and efficient.

Very knowledgeable, efficient and professional job. Took pictures of what was in the vents to show us and made great suggestions to keep systems clear and clean for many years. I highly recommend.

They did a very good job. They were clean, polite, efficient. They actually showed up 2 hours early.

It worked out fine. It ended up costing more than I had expected. Air duct cleaning was done but they opened up the furnace and showed me the parts in the furnace that needed to be cleaned. I ended up paying $600 more, so at the time I thought was kind of a bit much because it was about 3 hours worth of work. The cleaning part worked for me, I'm not sure about the follow up cleaning cost was the right amount. I wish they were more upfront about the extra cost.

I was definitely surprised by the overall price. The deal I bought said "Air duct cleaning $89", but that was just the cost to have them connect their vacuum equipment, look at the ducts, and give me a report on what all is needed. So anything their vacuum machine could suck up would be included, but the home I just moved into didn't appear to have ever had the ducts cleaned. So I needed a deep cleaning with a drill and special attachment to loosen up all the dirt at every single vent location (which was at least 10 vents). My furnace also needed to be taken apart and cleaned which added a few hundred more dollars. I don't want to scare anyone away from getting this service, but I just want to make sure people understand what they are possibly getting into. The air duct cleaning advertised is not an all inclusive cleaning. Depending on the condition of the home/furnace there could be a substantial cost to do the work that is needed. The advertisement miscommunication aside, I was very happy with their work and professionalism. They took pictures of the inside of my ducts and showed me exactly what they needed to do and why. When I saw the condition of my ducts and they walked me through the pricing for everything I needed done, it made sense. I don't regret having Air Duct Pro come out to clean my ducts, I was just hit with some sticker shock when I thought I had already paid for the service and needed to come up with another $800.00.

I bought the $89 special and was convinced I needed all my ducts thoroughly cleaned out for $950. I talked them down to $800. He worked hard and cleaned out all our ducts.

Updated: Beside title miss leading, they did a very fine job to clean all air duct vent. BTW, they promised fix title (for future customer) and very honored to the issue with some discount. I would change my rating to A since this would be more fair to them.

Bought Angie's List deal. They rescheduled our appointment with no explanation. They missed cleaning one vent in the kitchen and not sure if they cleaned our dryer vent. The crew was nice, but their supervisor was awful. Bought $99 deal, but of course they said we needed more deep cleaning for $675. When we said we wanted to think about it, the supervisor was insistent about getting the job done today & wouldn't leave us alone. Said he understands we have money problems. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't use them again.

The offer needs to be more explicit on exactly what hey will do for the purchase price. In order to get a complete and thorough job, the charge is much more. They came out and redid after I put a poor review on Angie's list. This time, I was satisfied with the job.

The crew arrived on time and proceeded to set up. After looking at my home,it seemed that the vents and ducts were way overdue. Having refinished my hardwood floors had contributed to the build-up. We did the negative air clean to see if that would clear them and it did improve the situation somewhat. I wanted the system thoroughly cleaned and they gave me a quote to do so. Very reasonable. The crew worked well together and I am very pleased with the work. They also to pictures to illustrate both before and after.

Based on the before and after pictures that the technician, Eddie, shared with me, the value of this service was completely worth it. My vents and ducts had been neglected for at least 5 years and the old, inflexible duct work was tricky to clean. Eddie was very thorough despite the messy job - the quality of his work was great. He took the time to inform me along the way - his customer service was excellent. The price was very fair, especially given that he spent nearly 3 hours cleaning everything. I would absolutely hire this company again.

Arrived within the estimated time. Found the duct system filthy and suggested it would need to be brushed clean. Proceeded to do that and included dismantling the furnace blower to brush clean it as well. The price for this was more than advertised but then again so was the dirt included. All went well in the end

I bought the big deal for cleaning through Angies List through DCS Duct Cleaning. These guys are the local crew. Felt they did a great job. Only complaint is that they were not clear that the $99 price was only for negative air pressure cleaning. Paid $400 more for our large house duct system to be brush cleaned.

Prompt response. Quick schedule. On time arrival. Thorough cleaning with before and after pictures for proof. Very professional.
