Air Duct Pro

One of my sisters had her ducts cleaned something they never done in the 20+ years they lived in the house. But she had all every which never stopped. So after she had been cleaned, I thought I'd check into found your angies off.

went well, took pictures as he went to show me before and after. showed me some other options I might be interested in doing in the future.

Eddie was late due to earlier appointments that ran long but he was good about calling me to let me know he would be late. He was very curtrous and clean and did exactly the cleaning I requested.

Eddie arrived on time. Inspected the vent and worked fast and efficiently. It only took on hour, last the bathroom smells great!

The servicer was on time and efficient. No problems whatsoever!

Great! Eddie had to troubleshoot duct work – and recommended solutions to an issue with duct work.

We knew we would need a deep cleaning of the system. We received a quote of over $800 for deep cleaning the vents and intakes. This was a lot higher than anticipated and so settled for just cleaning the intakes. Work was done well and professionally.

This was a great service. Punctual and friendly, knowledgeable about the system and how to access it all very well Eddie very clear about the work and the cost. He took care inside and cleaned up after. When completed, I am impressed at how clean it all is.

Eddie was a little behind schedule but made up the time and did an excellent job. He had called and told me he was running a little late but it was not a problem for us. We are very happy to have the job done.

On time, explained what was going to be accomplished, showed condition of system before cleaning and after very professional attitude workmanship and customer service. Would definitely removed this completely.

Eddy did a thorough job and explained everything. I wasn't aware of how dirty things were and didn't expect the extra cast for thorough cleaning - however it was explained upon arrival.

Workman arrived right on time. Explained all - worked efficiently and courteously.

Tech was on time - even called ahead to let me know arrival time went through all vents & intake vents. Explained prices and was a great worker. He also gave some helpful recommendations and things to do to keep up maintenance.

Did well! Identified the problem with my ducts & fixed the problem. No more dust & smell!

They did accomplish the job. If this is an average cost of vents, then we do not want this review published.

Service personal arrived late (1hr late) of schedule; Large machine that was brought in for negative pressure (not sure what it was) testing/cleaning did not work: was told that they would make another appointment, but took awhile for them to set an appointment and could not promise to a date/time. Still haven't hear from them since. Service personal was very knowledgeable, but had to decline extra services due to very costly.

It went OK. They hooked up their vacuum and sucked out the ducts individually as per the Angie's List Big Deal. Then they informed me that the ducts should be power brushed to get the material that wasn't loose. I gathered that this was the usual situation. I turned down the service because I just couldn't afford it but we negotiated a lower price and they did the brushing. The ducts looked good when they were done - a definite improvement that I'm happy with. I'm really not able to rate the price because I have nothing to compare it with.

Eddie and Joe were my technicians. Eddie made me feel comfortable with his explanations and he share photos and explain clearly what I was looking at in the photo. He educated me about the functionality of furnace and air circulation. Both Eddie and Joe were very professional and respectful. Thanks for those two.

Not well. After doing their check they tried to sell me a deeper clean which I Had figured would be needed. What I did not expect was the price tag for that service. They wanted over $500 for deep cleaning the vents including the $89. already paid. When I said no, and very shocked at the price, they tried to play "lets make a deal" and he got upset when I said no. He was about to leave without turning my furnace back on or opening all the vents the closed or putting the furnace filter back. Totally disappointed & dissatisfied with this service!! Not professional at all. It was like dealing with a used car salesman which I had thought Angie's list was to avoid that type of behavior.

They were extremely thorough. Took care to keep floors and carpets clean. Very polite and professional. Took pictures to show what needed to be done. Both before and after. Big difference

Very friendly, thorough work and a reasonable price

I paid for the Big Deal standard duct cleaning service, though my house is larger than the usual stated max size so I wasn't surprised that they wanted to charge me more. We have two ventilation systems so more complex. They did the job they came to do, and also convinced me that we needed some extra servicing because our ducts were extremely dirty, needed more repair than just cleaning, etc. Since we've only been in our house for a year, I have no way of knowing the maintenance history so I agreed - who wants to have dirty air? I can never be sure if this was really necessary since I don't know anything about this stuff, but they did explain what they proposed to do and why, and it sounded legit. I ended up hosing off the filters myself while they were doing other things... I guess that's not part of what they do? They were here for quite a while, showed me pictures from up in the ductwork, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional.
