Description of Work: Initial scheduling was a bit difficult and the appointment was rescheduled three times however when the service provider arrived on-site they were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Even took extra time to examine a broken heater and give some advice. Purchased extra heater vent cleaning. Service took about an hour in total.

Description of Work: I ordered this service Aug 21; they finally came Oct 13. Communicating with them was not easy. The lead worker couldn't give me a price for what he termed "deep cleaning" and it came to $500 +. Helpers left my furnace turned off and the lead fortunately tested it and corrected the matter. Items were left unplugged. |I was not happy to have no estimate of the cost for deep cleaning in the original offer or before it was done. Lead told me it depended on how many vents I had and nothing more.

Occasionally it is difficult to estimate the cost, but we have since improved our procedures to allow for a pre-estimate after an initial inspection. Many times after an inspection, if a cleaning hasn't been done in a year or more (the recommended frequency) more work is recommended. You are free to decline. $150 is below the average for pricing. Feel free to call us if there is anything we can do to make you more satisfied.

Description of Work: They did a good job and said I needed deeper cleaning. I had paid for a standard cleaning through Angie's List. They found I needed a deeper cleaning for an additional cost. I had to pay an additional $600 to the amount I had already paid. I thought the initial payment could have been included in the deep cleaning. Instead the standard and regular were added together. That didn't seem right to me. It made it very expensive in my view. | |But the service was good. Just didn't like the total cost.
