Description of Work: I hired this company to do yard cleanup for Spring. I had used him to do gutter and roof cleaning previously, which was ok. He said he could do yard work for me as well. We came up with a plan, that would include some pressure washing of driveway, and patio, removal of a few small lilac trees, and general overgrown grass, weeds, and stuff cut down. I agreed to this work being split up over 3 phases, but grew impatient as it seemed to take forever to get this done. He would send over a young guy to do bits of it gradually, he would call me when he was coming so I would make sure the dogs were in. After a while this just dragged, and then he didn't show up on several occasions, and it was apparent these guys didn't have the capacity handle a job that took beyond an hour or two like gutters. I agreed pay him, the day before he agreed to wrap it up . BAD Decision. Now he has my money and he hasn't finished the job. Don't hire this guy for anything but gutter cleaning or very simple 1 hour jobs. They don't have the crew, and they chase you to pay before the jobs done without providing an invoice.
