A SPARKLING CLEAN SERVICE

Works fine and fast. Problem area: they were out twice and cleaned an upstairs bathroom that has marble tile floors. Both times, after they left, I found a large splash-pattern stain on the marble floors. At beginning of 2nd visit, I pointed out the stained area. They denied using anything that could make a stain on marble. After their 2nd visit, found ANOTHER similar stain in a different area of the floor. Both times Linda claimed nothing they used could make the stain, but after the second episode they refused to even come back to examine the stain. Linda is unwilling to investigate to see if her products can stain marble, claiming that my wife's hairspray is the probable culprit (my wife doesn't use hair spray, so there is none in the bathroom in question.) Didn't even ask them for compensation for damaged tiles (even gave them Christmas cookies!) so I found it a distressing sign of character that they were unwilling to even search for possible causes in their products.
