Description of Work: Moving two pianos: an older Knight upright and an older Kawai grand. They were very careful, very efficient. They were about 40 minutes behind the original scheduled arrival time, but my expectation was that there would be some variance since it was based on how long a prior job would take. They clearly move a lot of pianos! They padded their work area, and were very tidy.
