Fantastically well. The crew was on time, did high quality work, cleaned up and provided care instructions. I am going to likely hire them for more work in the coming months.

They came, they cut, they conquered! The two men who came out were excellent -- even after a rat ran over one's foot -- and I would not hesitate to use them again. [Note: we used the special offer and got exactly what we paid for!]

They did not honor the service commitment and rescheduled me. They backed out of the service entirely almost 2 months later.

Punctual, however did not spend the complete 4 hours of service purchased. Nice job weeding and pruning; yard looked much better after their work. I would give them a B+ and would consider hiring them again.

It went great came out looked told me how to prepaire the place nice people on time and I have a nice result. They explained fully what they were going to do.

Purchased this package for spring and when we arrived home that day the lawn was aerated, overseed, peat moss, fertilizer and moss control were spread. We had a lot of bare spots where there was no grass and they did their best to seed it but I'm pretty sure it's going to need a lot more seed. Not their fault, I'm sure it wasn't expected, so we'll just need to add that. Otherwise looks great. Just thought the price was a little high. I purchased a similar fall deal for around $200, but I do think these guys did a better job. They were extremely flexible with me too when I had to reschedule twice as my husband was trying to pull weeds and mow the lawn so it was all prepped for them.

The good news is that they were really easy to work with at the very beginning. Marcus responded quickly to my request for thatching and re-seeding my lawn and had a quote out to me in a good amount of time. The reason I gave two stars... one, they charged me for disposal of lawn waste yet my extra-large bin was filled to the rim with the lawn waste. That's a big pet peeve of mine. The other, bigger, issue is that the guys didn't put nearly enough peat moss down on top of the grass seed. I wrote Marcus an e-mail regarding these two issues and I received an e-mail back five days later stating that even though the guys used my bin, they also carted stuff away on their own. I have had this kind of work done before and there isn't much more than an extra large bin's worth of yard waste. Marcus also claimed that they used 3.5 bags of peat moss but there were only two bags in my trash can. Would they really throw out two empty bags but then pack away the other two to dispose of later? Maybe. But the reality is that I had to lay down another bag and a half myself the following weekend. The tone of the e-mail was also a bit condescending... one of those "the time for discussion was at time of the quote and I gave you extra stuff without charging you" but I wasn't disputing the quote; I was disputing the work. Long story short (too late) I won't be using these guys again and I won't be sending them any business.
