Description of Work: blinds were installed for four windows. The material (pattern) was not cut on a straight line and is crooked. this is very obvious when you look at the blinds. I called to have the blinds replaced and was told that the 'team' met and determined the blinds would not be replaced and this happens sometimes. when I discussed the unacceptable quality with the lady that explained your process to me, it was quite apparent that your company is not interested in satisfying the customer. the quality is not acceptable and I will pass this on to anyone that inquires about your product. |Also, one of the blinds was an inch too short and had to be replaced. |The installer was very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: They came to my house with samples. I chose roller shades which were manufactured and installed in the promised 3 days. I have been extremely pleased with the result and was thrilled with the price. I have previously purchased window coverings from an interior designer and will never do that again.
