Description of Work: I have used 3 Day Blinds for the complete window treatments of two homes. Businesses of this type generally put their sharpest, most personable folks in the sales marketing positions, while install is contracted out within a given region. In my experience..My designer/salesman was great. Angela in the Everett, WA area. My first install guy was GREAT...my second one less so. He got the job done, but was cranky and took some shortcuts. If you are a do-it-your selfer...you can get great product at box stores or online and install yourself...but I have to depend on installers, as I havent the patience or skill set to DIY.

Description of Work: Measured and fitted shades in three rooms. Helped determine best colors. My design coordinator/sales person was wonderful. Blinds are great. One had to Be serviced which was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: I purchased blinds from 3 Day Blinds about 7 years ago. The blinds recently failed and had to be restrung. The blind mechanisms had minimal use as the blinds were located in a bedroom and guest bedroom and they were rarely adjusted. In my opinion the blinds should have lasted a lot longer as I have blinds from another manufacturer that are nearly 30 years old and have never failed. | |There were numerous problems with 3-Day Blind's service provider including failing to deliver the blinds, delivering someone else's blinds to my home for installation, installing the blinds with missing parts and having to wait while they tried to find replacement parts. Several calls had to be made to 3 Day Blinds to get everything resolved. What should have been a one week job took well over a month. A partial refund of the cost was discussed, but I never received anything. It was a big hassle, all for blinds that should never have failed this early in the first place.

Description of Work: Brandon, the consultant was always punctual and polite when ordering our blinds. We discovered a miscalculation in valance length, as some blinds were ordered ahead of the others. We have contacted both Brandon and the customer service rep and have been told it is our problem, as we just recently noticed the mistake. I think that a company should stand behind their product and make sure that even if this was in two separate orders, the product was the same. Will not recommend them.
