I had a great experience with NGL, start to finish. To start, Holly came out, listened, measured, and started an estimate. We had some questions, selected stones from samples she dropped off, and had good communication that got us to moving forward. She returned with Manuel to double check the measurements, and the whole idea. The project started on time. The crew was here every week day for almost 3 weeks. We and our neighbors were happy with how the crew kept the site neat, and the alley accessible. The crew made a lot of sensible decisions based on their experience, and consulted us when needed. They finished off details nicely. It looks great.

Highly recommend NGL Pavingstone. Holly provided a detailed bid so no surprises with cost. She brought samples of materials to the house and kept in contact throughout the entire installation. Manual and his crew did a fantastic job, they showed up on time everyday, worked efficiently, and were easy to communicate with. They completed installation of approximately 90ft long (in three sections) x 4ft at highest point retaining wall, 10 ft pathway and steps in a week. They did a beautiful job dealing with elevation changes in the yard.

The job went very smooth and on schedule. The crew was very professional and everyone was fantastic to work with. The fit and finish was great and they did the fantastic job cleaning up after completion. They even re-seeded parts of the lawn that got damaged during construction. Highly recommended and will definitely hire them again for additional work.

They came out and took down the fence and set the posts. The next day they finished up. They took care to level out the top (it wasn't level before), to ensure it was straight, fixed a problematic back area, and made sure my small dog couldn't get out from under it. The crews were friendly and very hard working. I would hire them again as the quality, communication, and concern for our satisfaction were amazing!

From start to finish NGL was very professional, Holly and Chris were amazing, I appreciated their patience, advice and follow through. The day of install they came over with the crew and introduced everyone, had the same foreman both days. Holly even called the day after completion to make sure I was happy.....who does that anymore! You can't go wrong with NGL, will definitely recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

These guys are awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They do excellent work, are very reliable, and are competitively priced.

From start to finish this company was extraordinary to work with. They worked with us as we try to determine what we wanted to do with our broken down waterfront and we came away with a remarkable addition! They exceeded our expectations in every way and were a complete delight to work with. Manuel is way too humble he is a genius at creating a great plan. Holly kept us updated regularly and was extremely courteous and professional!

Outstanding company. Not cheap but they are totally worth it. They did beautiful winding path in our front yard 4/2019 and just completed a 70 foot long path and stairs in our back yard. Manuel was the lead guy and Holly was the sales lady. Their customer service is the best that I've encountered. They are very keen on pleasing the customer. Manuel obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. Once they start working they come every day M-F and work hard for about 8 hours. No annoying long pauses while they start another project. We couldn't be happier with the result! Our landscape architect had provided us a plan for the yard, and NGL did and incredible job of executing it and improving upon it. They pay attention to ALL the details and are very creative in suggesting enhancements to the basic design. Manuel was the project managers and was always courteous, helpful and very efficiently managed his team. He even went "rock shopping" with us to find the best accent boulders and slate stairs. We talked to a number of firms and NGL was not the cheapest (or the most expensive) bid we received but they delivered incredible value that was well worth the price. The entire NGL team is courteous and has great pride of ownership in their work. We would highly recommend them who is looking to transform their landscape!.

Superb. Initial meeting & project walk through with Holly (project mgr, sales, & likely a few other hats in this family business) generated a detailed scope of work & bid within 2 days. I mulled over that as well as ideas we had discussed during, & that occurred to me after, initial meet. Had a followup meet to walk through & refine those ideas. Received email with updated scope and bid. We agreed to reasonable payment terms, met again to sign contract & make down payment to begin work. We met once more day before job start with Manuel (owner & foreman) to walkthru & ensure all on the same page. Due to time of year, they estimated completing job within 10 calendar days. 4-man crew showed up on day 1 and when I got home that night was impressed with progress - entire area was essentially prepped - digging, leveling, removing existing bricks & stones, 1 bush removed & replanted elsewhere. I worked from home next day and saw very coordinated efforts resulting in major portions in place by end of day 2. Day 3 was cut short by rain, but still managed to complete entire job by end of day 4. And that included a couple of tweaks (which direction pavers would run) and then some actual additions (expanded curbside landing & an additional retaining wall). Those last 2 were change orders & painless, pricing based on additional material. At end of job everything was cleaned up, put back in place, and looks better than I'd imagined. This is the second job NGL has done for us & I cannot imagine going with anyone else if we have future work.

This is the second time that we have used NGL. First time was for our patio. They did an amazing job again. We removed a diseased hedge that was on two sides of our house. NGL was hired to expand our backyard including a privacy fence. They installed a beautiful retaining wall with fencing to match the rest of our yard. We have already received numerous positive comments about the new wall and fence. We are thrilled. They also installed a sprinkler system and new sod. Throughout the process they ensured our needs were met and made many helpful suggestions just as they had with the patio. Their work is exceptional and their skill is outstanding. They are a fantastic team. We have already been asked by 5 different people walking by for info on the company.

We did a major grading, retaining wall, and paver project with NGL. Our experience was excellent the communication was fluid throughout. We especially appreciated the help we received from the team generating ideas on the project.

NGL Pavingstone & Retaining Wall is a fantastic company. We decided to put a patio under our deck and also put a retaining wall to protect a window opening. NGL was very responsive in providing a quote, came on sight and showed that they really wanted to work with the customer. They truly believe in their work and will not leave until you are satisfied with it. The implementation went very well and the finish product was amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough. Holly was our point of contact and was always extremely prompt in her responsiveness to our questions. She constantly kept us apprised of the progress on the project. Manuel and his crew were very professional and courteous. If we had questions or concerns, they were more than willing to walk us through our options. We had an unexpected issue after excavating our old patio and everyone worked with us to find a solution that turned out great. Their work on this project far exceeded our expectations and we are over the moon about the finished product. The quality of materials and construction for both our retaining wall and fence are top notch and look fantastic. We did receive quotes from other companies, but NGL's bid for the work was the best value. Again, I would highly recommend NGL Pavingstone & Retaining Wall.

The team at NGL did a great job replacing our retaining wall, and we highly recommend them. They were very responsive, punctual, and professional from beginning to end, and they made sure we were happy with the final result. Holly did an excellent job communicating with us and checking in throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of work and how fast they were able to complete the job for us. We would definitely use them again for future needs.

New Generation Landscaping provided construction of excellent quality and transparent communication. My work was a redo of retaining walls and pathway which the former contractor messed up badly. They had to remove all old structures and start over. The outcome is outstanding. I enjoyed working with this company.

NGL did a fantastic job. They were super helpful during planning and made great suggestions the whole way through on how the patio could be better integrated with the rest of the backyard. Work was done quickly and with very high quality. We would definitely have NGL do another project with us.

NGL was very attentive to detail throughout the project. The crew are artists - creating curves around tree trunks and some planting beds, which require that each stone on the curve be cut, but the results are gorgeous. The walls to terrace the yard had to deal with a slope, so a "swoop" was constructed that draws your eye and keeps the wall at appropriate height. Steep front yard grass removed and garden soil installed in newly terraced areas. Really like the choice of pavers - including a dark gray border and dark capstones on walls. Work done ahead of schedule, all old concrete, timbers and bricks removed, no surprises, very nice people.

We had a new retaining wall and fence put in along the length of the property. There was an old partial short wall that needed to be removed and moved a couple feet to be on the property line. And then a fence was added after the wall built. While the price was a lot, it was in line with other quotes and in line with the amount of work that went into the project. Everyone we worked with was very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. They were patient as we worked through design decisions, always asked what we wanted prior to moving forward, and were willing to make suggestions and provide input when we needed it. The project started on time and was completed when they said it would be. It was a pleasure to work with Alexander, Manuel, and the crew and look forward to doing so on other projects in the future.

NGL was the best! Holly came out a few times to help us decide what materials to use, how to best get what we wanted and needed. Manuel and crew were there each day and time they were scheduled and did a fantastic job. During the final walk through Manuel made sure we were completely satisfied. Loved having them around and only wish I had something more for them to do now. Holly was absolutely fantastic and going to miss here also! Hire them!

We purchased a 60 year old home last year which has needed a new roof, siding and major interior work done so we dealt with several expensive projects. Of those many contractors, this was the best company I have ever worked with. Their bid was mid range but when it came to the work and final product it was all exceptional. Our project was logistically challenging which they effectively dealt with. The finished product and attention to detail was fantastic. You can see in the photos where blocks and caps are cut to fill irregular areas, transitions and non square faces. These guys take enormous pride in their work. They started when they said they would, worked six days a week and actually finished the job, no dragging on at the end because they already started their next project. They cleaned every thing up and dispersed the excavated material.
