The sales consultant Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the process as it related to my roof. The crews working on our roof did a quality job, kept the area clean each day and when they left it was as though they had never been there. Great job!

Jason delivered everything that was promised in replacing our shake roof with a composition roof at a reasonable and competitive price. I would recommend them to everyone in need of a roof repair and/or a roof replacement.

The roofer did a great job. Unfortunately, he had to come out twice because the person who bid the job had not given the roofer adequate information (the roofer was not told that my roof was leaking). So, just make sure the work order you sign states everything you want the roofer to know, because he is working straight from the written work order. I found the office staff to be highly professional and responsive on the phone.

He was very honest and, after explaining that the problem was very minor and what was needed to fix it (caulk), he said I could perform the repair myself, if I wanted to. I really appreciated his honesty and would, therefore, recommend the company.

They did a great job on our roof during some difficult weather and they fit us into their busy schedule. If I could give one critique, I would have liked more follow through on communication but with that being said, MR came through with their quality work, on time and on budget. They stuck to their bid and the final product looks great.

While having a roof torn off and replaced will never be a pleasant experience because of the noise - they truly made this as painless as possible. For starters - Clint came out and showed me exactly what the steps would be, and he didn't talk down to me because I'm female (so much more pleasant and respectful than some others out there!) Next - the crew took excellent care of the plants around the house (it is a jungle!), and left the patio and garage cleaner than they found them! Finally - I have a beautiful new roof - love the way it looks!!

Communication between sales and installers could be better. Workers left a small amount of debris around house. But,, all and all, the gutters were installed really fast, they look good, and I'm happy.

MR was not the cheapest, but they did offer the best value for the money; both in materials and workmanship. We actually combined multiple projects into a single event (siding, insulation, roofing) and MR was extremely effective in helping us manage the timing between crews so as to maximize work opportunities for both and minimize any interference between them. THe roof is so much better and it's almost a shame that the roof will last longer than I will; I'd hire these guys again in a New York minute!.
