They went above and beyond to meet my needs on a basic low budget roof repair. The worker who came out to do the work was great, very focused and hard working and cleaned up 100% after job was done. Phone support from the manager was also excellent.

Rich has by far the fastest response time I have ever experienced. My skylight was leaking, I sent message early morning (3:00 am) got a response same morning (6:30 am). I appreciated the fair price, everything was explained about the repair and technician was on time for the job, friendly, with first class service. I am a happy customer.

EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND METROPOLITAN ROOFING FOR A ROOF REPLACEMENT. Clint and Sergio and their crew arrived on time and got the asphalt roof replacement done on time. They sent me photos of the progress and only made repairs to the roof deck where needed. This is a rental home and I live 2 hours away but from their reviews and from talking to them, I decided that they were trustworthy and their bid was reasonable.

We contracted with Metropolitan Roofing to replace the roof and gutters on our home. We got three different bids so we could make an informed decision. Metropolitan was the least expensive by a very significant amount. We worked with Doug Westhoff to ensure that even though this company was less expensive the work that the other two companies had planned to do was included in the Metropolitan bid. The 3 man crew arrived on the per-arranged date once the rain delays were past, our roof was replaced late February, early March. We worked with Sergio the project manager and Celio, the onsite manager and lead on site worker. Our roof is very steep and quite large, because of a large covered patio. The entire project took the 3 men 9 days to complete as they worked a minimum of 8 hours a day. They were really hard working taking few breaks other than their lunch. The roof had quite a bit of damage from a rather poor first roof and gutter install. 21 sheets of roof decking needed to be replaced due to water damage or moisture due to poor ventilation. Our roof was only 20 years old but it didn't wear very well. We can't say enough good things about this crew and all of the people we worked with at Metropolitan Roof. Each day the crew did a clean up putting work equipment away and cleaning up all the debris from the day's work. Included in the roof replacement was the addition of a Sun Tunnel in our upstairs bathroom. Prior to the roof replacement we had been unable to have additional natural light in the this bathroom because there was no access to the space above the bathroom. The installer worked with the roofing team to access the space via the roof sheeting. They did an excellent job getting it in the perfect spot to add natural light to the bathroom and the landing outside the bathroom door. The finally day of roofing the gutter crew arrived and completed the install of new gutters. They worked with us on the color and any special areas that might need more attention. This 3 man crews also was extremely hard working and did a fantastic job. We know that everyone's experience with a company can vary for many reasons; the employees, delays, product, and specifics for the job. Our experience with Metropolitan was nothing but outstanding! I can't promise your experience will be the same exceptional one we had, but I would bet the odds are pretty good.

We are very very pleased with the final work done by Sergio and the crew. We had a leaking where we thought it was our skylights when in fact it was the roofline that needed to be replaced. They not only took care of the issue but found the exact tile to match our existing ones. No easy feat! We did end up having 2 skylights replaced and are happy with the brand they used. We even got a government rebate for the solar blind we had installed. The only reason for not 5 stars was the late arrival of our custom skylight because the factory was closed all of December. Seattle Skylight/Metropolitan Roofing did a temporary fix however until the new skylights arrived and they could do all the work at once. Overall we would recommend them for good pricing and great finished work.

In addition to roofing, we had skylights installed. The workers were experienced and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to not only replace the roof but to rework it so that it would function properly. They are detailed craftsmen. The office staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever I called. The reason for a 1/2 star off is I had to call them to find out and confirm start dates and details once the first start date had come and gone with no communication. The final bill was fair as quoted. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Would definitely use these guys again. They contacted me same day and were able to come out less than a week later to repair our roof. Took a lot more work than what was originally budgeted for but it needed to be done so we had to go over budget by $330 from original estimate. The estimator couldn’t come out to give us a bid (due to some problems on his end) but gave us a “ballpark” estimate from what I could see from the ground. It is what it is, you need a dry roof right?!

We enjoyed working with Doug, the salesman, and the two roofing installers. Ours was a small, two-day repair, rather than an entire roof. Because we were not going up on the roof (ever), we relied on the many before-during-and after photos as the work progressed. Their work was excellent, and the men cleaned up every mess and then some. We would certainly use Metropolitan Roofing again.

I had a good experience. I thought the responsiveness was great and quoting efficient. Friendly employee came to my house and seemed to do a great job making sure the fix was well done. The only reason I marked 4.5 for quality is the long term test, but I believe they did a great job. Im very happy and would recommend them to friends.

This was my 1st time hiring a roofing company, so I was going in blind. The crew at Metropolitan were prompt, professional & competitively priced. I subsequently had to re-hire them for a second repair after a recent storm and they jumped right on it. Very impressed.

We have had 2 roofs done in the last 2 years. Our first roofer experience was not that good, so we looked for other options and came upon Metropolitan Roofers and we are so happy we did! They have wonderful customer experience :) Not only did they walk us through everything, they saved us money too! They worked with the city, so we did not have to, they made sure to keep us up to date on the progress of the project. When we had an issue, they fixed it. Easing us of our fears of another bad roofer. We even received a free skylight in a dark hallway! Our house looks wonderful! PS. The roofers loved the snacks we set out for them daily :)

This was an excellent roofing job. From the first assessment of the project's needs to the final completion of the job, everything was done in a very professional manner. Doug, the sales rep and Johnny, the job foreman are both friendly, knowledgable and efficient people. In addition, roofing can be a very messy job. I was very happy with this company. Doug, Qwen and Jasmine were great. Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Great products, installed by a team who knows what they are doing. First, I had them provide and install a Velux skylight in the living room; then a Sun Tunnel in the bathroom; then I called them back to put on a new roof. They identified and explained the problems with the rotting rafters on the roof and and I approved the extra charges to have them repaired. A fair price for the extras. All 3 projects were installed on time. Clean up at the end of each day. Doug, the salesman, was responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their price was slightly higher than the lowest bid, but felt that I had gotten a great job, well worth the extra little bit of money. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work and installed within the guidelines of the products warranties, so that there would not be a problem with any warranty issues.
