Metropolitan Roofing

Roof looks great,the crew was very good ,hard working and professional,clean up was exellent after each working day. because of the changing weather the start day was delayed , could have used a phone call or e-mail as to possible start day..I am very pleased with Metropolitan and would use them again..

I was really impressed with Metropolitan Roofing and their efficiency despite the rain they encountered during the course of the job. Clint even offered to come back at any point in the future to install a satelite dish properly if we upgrade our television service. Their price was more than fair and unlike other companies we had bid the job, Clint made a point to let us know of the current rebates available for us. I would definelty recommend this company for your roofing replacement.

Roof leak is kind of an emergency, metropolitan roofing was the only company able to send service people over on thanksgiving eve, and they did take advantage of that by charging me $350 for a 10 minutes job.

Very happy. I was impressed with prompt response for bid, returned phone calls. Rich came out to house asap, made a temporary fix to my roof issue which gave me peace of mind. They were able to make the repair within a few days and made a follow up visit to the the house to go over any concerns. Pleasant, honest, professional all the way! I'll gladly refer others to Metropolitan Roofing.

Another couple of chapters were just written in the book "This Old House". Metro found some ugly stuff when the stripping of the roof was done, many years of neglect and faulty construction in years past. Didn't phase them at all, they just rolled with it and made it all correct. The home ended up with a great looking roof covering a correctly integrated roof system. I wouldn't hesitate on calling them again if I ever needed another roof done.

I hired them to clean our Shake Roof. They were very quick and accomodating throughout the process and were mostly in communication. But the actual 'cleaning' that was done was minimal. I had to ask the guy if he had started (when he was done) because the roof looked the same as it did before. I was told by they guy that they weren't going to clean in between each shingle with a toothbrush, but he'd have his guy do it over and a better job. They sent their guy back the next day and it was 'better', but there was still a lot of debris on the roof. Additionally they blew the stuff off the roof all over and under the things on the deck.

I was contacted in less than 24 hours and given an estimate in the time given. I am going to hire them in July to do the work and recommend them highly
