Description of Work: It was an extended service because they did both interior and exterior painting.

Description of Work: They painted a portion of the exterior of my home. They painted the trim.

Description of Work: I hired an electrical company to install and remove some lights. THey had to create large 6" holes in the ceiling and walls. They mudded the holes but was done poorly. 5 Star came in and fixed all of these issues.

Description of Work: Marco was friendly and has a good work ethic. More even application of compound would have made post-repair sanding less difficult for me. A few months later I tried to schedule more work, but my calls were never returned - thus the F for Responsiveness.

Description of Work: Carlos & team did a superb job painting the exterior of my house. They were respectful of my wishes & my home. They also did a great cleanup when the job was completed.I was 100% satisfied.

Description of Work: Great job on our drywall patches. We are awaiting a bid for interior painting of our whole house. Marco is very attentive to detail and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to working with him in the future.

Description of Work: I reached out to the provider via phone. I had a lot of trouble hearing him through the phone since he had machinery running, but did not stop the tool to talk to me so I could hear him properly. He then expressed to me that his brother would be the one to call me back because he was the one who worked in my service area. I had called them last Friday and still have not heard anything back.

Description of Work: When a drywall repair company asks for drywall tape, something just isn't right...

Description of Work: I needed an area of dry wall repaired in bathroom because it had been done incorrectly and didn't look good. I also had some painting that needed to be done as a back-up if there was extra time. He worked briefly on the drywall just spraying texture on it. While he was waiting for it to dry he painted a couple of walls. They were done nicely. The drywall, however, was not fixed. He said he needed another $100 to work on it longer. I paid him and he was working on it for awhile but couldn't fix it (he should have put new sheetrock on but it was evident that sheetrock was not his specialty). The area now looks worse than ever and I still need to hire someone to come out and re-do it.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal with 5 Star Painting for the exterior painting of my home. I initially dealt with Marco who came out and went over the job and explained additional costs for major scraping, sanding, and puttying. The estimate was quite reasonable and we set a date to begin. |The job was performed by Carlos and his team. All were extremely friendly and Carlos was quite knowledgeable about his craft. They worked Saturday's, evenings, around the rain and completed the job in about 5 days. There were a few setbacks that were immediately addressed and they were very professional in their work. A repainting of front window trim from flat to satin was not even charged. |They did a wonderful job and cleaned up nicely.
