Charles had the knowledge and ability to deal with each separate issue in a carefully thought out, well planned and successful manner. The variety of work included; carpentry, rot repair, concrete work, water leak detection/repair and drywall repairs. Charles has a keep attention to detail and exhibits quality workmanship, particularly with woodworking and carpentry skills. He showed a desire to meet our expectations and made sure throughout the process we were satisfied with the results. We would definitely hire Candid Construction for future projects.
Description of Work: Install custom bar counter. Remove large sliding glass door, make rot repairs and waterproof, replace door. Lift sagging concrete deck, install new support posts and new stairs.
