The bid itself was presented well and in a timely manner and we felt , at the time, his prices seemed pretty acurate. Once we agreed on the work and signed on the dotted line he was never around. I would make endless calls and there was always an excuse. When he did show up it would be in 15 to 30 minute intervals and nothing was completed. If it wasn't for giving him a down payment we would of fired him on the spot. After several weeks of waiting for completion he finally finished and we discovered later part of the roof wasn't done.

I used this company to replace a portion of roof over the garage porch on our older home. In doing this, they also replaced a large section of gutters and downspouts. At the first rain after the work was completed, the new roof and gutters leaked. Upon closer inspection, the downspouts had been installed very poorly, as was the roof. I made the necessary repairs to the roof and gutters to ensure no further leakage, but it should have just been done correctly in the first place.
