These guys couldn't be more helpful if they tried. There were punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Not only did they do the technical aspect of the inspection very well, they also had valuable tips and advice, a useful house management binder and coupons! I would hire them again and again.

Great service from start to finish. Responsive on the telephone, answering all my questions. Showed up on early, ready to go to work. Very thorough, systematically checking all aspects of the home. Clear communication on the limitations of the inspection. Provided full report on the spot, as well as a soft copy. Answered all my questions, and gave some terrific common sense suggestions on how to remedy issues with the home. I would highly recommend this inspector to my friends, and use again in the future.

Peter did the inspection on the home we purchased. He gave us bad advice on several areas on the house where he should have told us that we should get it further investigated. We asked about a deck that was basically at ground level and tiled and said that we could leave it for a year then do something different. We asked about some areas on a roof deck railing that were loose and he said they merely needed to be tightened. After we moved in we decided to immediately remove the deck with the tile and the wood was so rotten that one of the worker went right through the wood. The roof deck railing was loose because of wood rot. There were other things that should have been caught as well and were overlooked. I feel this company does a very surface inspection and Peter in particular does not seem to be critical enough of the house. We would have probably walked from this house had we known about the thousands of dollars of repairs that we are now in the middle of. Tom Browning the owner of the company refunded our money and we had to sign a release and he refused to file an omissions claim on our behalf and said they were not responsible to catch these things. If they don't find or suspect these kinds of problems then spend your money with another inspection company or use professionals from the various disciplines to look at areas you want to make sure are alright.
