Description of Work: I recently purchased a new home, and decided to go with Hergert inspection because he was affordable and used infrared images to detect problems the naked eye can't detect. Kevin arrived on time and got started right away. He was very thorough, going through everything he listed on his sample report. He also investigated everything I found and added it to the report. The report was sent to me very quickly and was very easy to read and understand. The builder ended up fixing everything he listed on the report.

Description of Work: Kevin is very knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions/concerns. He spent right amount of time required for full inspection, pointed out all important issues and provided a very detailed report.

Description of Work: Kevin did general home inspection for us when we bought a house. He was very thorough, and explained each issue he found with the property. He used thermal imaging camera to assist his visual inspection, and the thermal images in his inspection report gave us additional peace of mind. The home we purchased got obvious damages after inspection but prior to closing, and Kevin helped us to establish our proof of the facts. He was professional, and simply amazing.
