Empire Chem-Dry

I was very satisfied. They were a bit more expensive than I had anticipated. They did a great job on my carpets. The guy that came out was very nice, I have no complaints on how the work turned out.

I was a little less impressed than usual because I have used them multiple times. Even though we totally cleaned out the room and totally removed virtually everything from three rooms. I didn't think there was that much attention to detail. They are very responsive.

They come out right on time, they send a crew of two. They don’t mark or anything. We have half the house carpeted. I love Chem. Dry because they make everything nice and clean and not nasty smelling and EMPIRE CHEM DRY also do the same. Ever since we had them here we have changed our carpets. The last time they were here they switched off all the lights and had the UV lights and showed us the previous owner’s dog pee and we had since then two puppies and a child for eight years on this carpet and everything that were not thoroughly picked up and enzymatic ed was showing as a mark on our carpet. The carpet looked like a murder scene had happened in our house. The nasty blood spray was terrible like CSI. But when we looked at it all they said that they had to put this very expensive $300 can to put the pet urine out. But by the time we take off all the stains we are talking about $800 to $900. So I appreciated their honesty hence we went and replaced the carpet. They were very kind to tell us to purchase new carpet. Over the years they have given us coupons. They are very nice when they come they make sure that the carpet looks like brand new. Quality wise, after they scrub and clean everything and sort of dry everything they make everything stand up nice and pretty we don’t have a problem. I sure will use them in the future.

They were much more expensive than the previous time we did this. I don't think they are as good as other franchises. It was not a wonderful job. The carpet is not as clean as it could be. Certain areas could have been done better, such as the stairs. I would probably would not use them again. I would not recommend them. They didn't do a horrible job, but definitely not an outstanding job.

They did a good job. They were very earnest and careful. I will definitely use them.

THEY WERE GREAT AND PERSONABLE. THEY MADE THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. THEY HAD ALL THE RIGHT STUFF. THEY HAD THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, AND THEY WERE ON TIME.
