Beckner Tree Care

Mr. Beckner was very helpful after I called his company about an issue I have with a large pine tree. In spite of the fact that my location is out of his territory, he returned my call and spent a lot of time explaining how I should go about addressing the issue, including how to collect soil samples, how and where to send the soil samples for analysis, and what I could do to mitigate probable soil issues. I was very impressed with the amount of help he gave me, even though I'm not his customer!

the service was good they trimmed the trees - but ask was removal as not done. No will have to get it removed by someone else later.

Supposedly to come on Sept 24, then changed to Oct 3rd at 11am, then changed to 1/1:30pm, then changed to touch based on Oct 8! But no response at all on Oct 8. Very disappointed. My time/schedule does’t matter at all.

The crew was excellent. Right on time, very courteous, kept me informed throughout. The cost was hundreds below other bidders. They did precision work without a single bit of damage. It was really impressive to watch them fell some very tall trees located close to our house without any problems at all. They devised special rigging to prevent even the dead and brittle upper limbs from falling where they shouldn't. At one point, they got a very tall tree to fall diagonally across our yard an exact trajectory between our hummingbird feeders, fences, the chicken run and several newly-planted young trees. They took care to avoid trampling bushes and even small plants. So impressed with their work!

Fantastic! Both trees down and branches cut without damaging other trees and other growth around existing smaller trees. Our lot backs up to green belt so we wanted to preserve our view. Did a great job on clean up. No mess in the yard.

Demian Beckner and his crew arrived on time and got right down to work. Damian himself is part of the crew and I like that as he has his reputation on the line each job he does. He and his crew did excellent work, consulting with me about where to drop the branches and the tree itself (I had some other work going on the the yard that I didn't want damaged). The tree was cut nicely to splitting size, and they cut the larger bottom pieces to smaller pieces for easier handling. I wanted the wood chips and they dumped them per instructions. All in all, I was very impressed by the quality of work and the cost of services. I already have sent him a referral from a neighbor across the street, and am happy to spread word of his good work.

Went great. Great communication via phone and e-mail. Good advice on where to prune the elm tree, to ensure maximum tree health long-term. They were on-time, did a great job safely and efficiently, and the clean-up was perfect.

The maple removal went as planned, and the price was at least half what other firms had quoted. We called them back to take care of two downed trees, and they made room in the schedule to get that done within about 1 week. Very good work and great price.

Could not have gone better! Demian came out that Saturday, only a couple of days after I called, to do the estimate and discuss our trees. He was booked out maybe a month on bigger jobs, but took care of our job less than a week after I called to give him the go-ahead. He did not try to up-sell. We thought we had a bigger job than we really did. I wasn't home when he came out, but he left no trace except the invoice! And trees that don't touch the house--they don't look like they were whacked back, but they are. In other words, he did an artful job getting rid of the trouble branches without making the trees look like they'd been chopped back, if that makes sense. He's our go-to guy now for tree issues!
