Description of Work: Asked for a quote, after Demian and Tracy did an excellent job for us in 2015. For some reason, Demian cancelled on us twice and never followed up to schedule an appointment to quote a new scope of work. Not sure why....

Description of Work: I some large trees, one growing into some power lines and another beginning to lean into my yard and house. I needed them cut down, wood chopped to fireplace size and stacked. The service was prompt, reasonable and any mess was cleaned up well. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: Removed a dead spruce. Tree died in the drought. They waived the chip disposal fee because they had a client who wanted chips. They piled the big sections cut from the trunk in a neat pile by the curb. The pile was gone within an hour. They brought a crew of three and the whole job took only a few hours. They were very efficient. The job was moderately expensive, but I have no information to compare it to other tree services.

Description of Work: They felled a very diseased large alder tree. Since it was to dangerous to climb,they removed branches that could be reached with a pole saw. They cut down the tree so it fell in an area of my yard where it could be a nurse log. They cleaned up afterward and chipped the debris at my request so I could distribute the chips on my property as mulch. The crew was very professional and easy to work with.I bought this service as an Angie's List Big Deal.

Description of Work: Thinning of a dozen tall fir trees. Diagnosis of the health of two birch trees (not good, but they will remain in the yard). Dead maple reduced in size to remain as a "habitat tree."

Demian and his crew were very professional, he gave me a lot of good advice about what he thought of the condition of my trees and didn't try to oversell his services. He only advised what he thought was necessary - aside from some pruning, he recommended cutting down one of my trees which was damaged from last year's ice storm. They performed their work as agreed and cleaned up the work area. Almost all of the services rendered were covered under my groupon, except for a small disposal fee which was very minimal. They were a little late arriving, but he did call to tell me that, which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Performed an initial assessment of the condition of my trees and gave recommendations. Then performed some tree pruning and cut down a small tree which was damaged during last year's ice storm and cleaned up the work area. Charged a minimal fee for disposal.

 + -1 moreI needed some trees pruned in my front yard and called Beckner Tree Care. Demian came out within a few days to give me an estimate and I was impressed with his knowledge. He emphasized the need to keep the trees healthy by not pruing off too much but he was also willing to allow me to have input on what I wanted to do. I had the work done today and am so pleased with the results! Demian was a one-man crew today so I had confidence in the person actually doing the job. He did the pruning, cleaned up the yard and was on his way in a couple of hours, leaving behind a very satisfied customer. Demian is a nice young man who is working hard to grow hard to grow his business. I look forward to supporting his efforts by calling him again in the future. Thank you, Demian!
