Description of Work: Brian showed up right at the scheduled time. He crawled under my house and looked for rodents and any damage they might have done. He sealed off their entry points and put out bait and traps. He has returned two times to check the feeding stations. Good Job!

Description of Work: Firm was fast to contact me and schedule appointment. This is a rental home. I scheduled appt for between 1 and 3 so I could be there to meet him. Instead he came at 10AM did the work and spoke to the renter's babysitter leaving a card. I am irritated at the miscommunication but |satisfied with the work because the wasps are gone.

Description of Work: Unfortunately Sugar ants decided to share our home. There were/are 3 different areas in the house they established residency. I knew that they were in the walls, and a one time treatment would not eradicate them. I figured for $ 175.00 (2 treatments) I give it a shot. The main idea was for me to find out what can be done, would we have to drill holes in the walls and potentially "fumigate " the house. Luckily the answer was a NO. That said, the battle is far from over. Ants did reappear 2 or 3 times since the 1st treatment, which I expected. The idea is of course for the ants "to take the bait and kill off the colony". I am glad I ordered the service, I learned enough to not panic about the invasion. A-Pest control was very professional and I do recommend them. The problem with this type of service is that it can get expensive in the long run to have it done professionally, since it takes months to get rid of the ants once they are in the home (my opinion). Also, the Gel bait tries up after about 2 weeks time and needs to be re-applied. I'll give it the DIY try, there is an abundance of info and products available on the I-net, hopefully I will succeed. Time will tell.

Description of Work: A+ Pest Control came out to follow up on a nest of Bee's in the outside wall of | my house. I had contracted to pay the $149.00 dollar fee then the person from A+ came out and spent 20 minutes at the house spraying the one nest. I felt like I would have continued to use this company for years to come since I always try to give my business to local companies but now I won't call them again. Yes I contracted to pay the entire $149.00 dollars but he stayed 20 minutes!
