Never ever do business with Harmon and Harmon. The worst contractors on the planet. Just spent 45 mins this morning having a yelling match with a owner of this business and they do not stand by there work even if you have documentation to prove their shoty work. The businesses owner Dennis has no problem calling customers a "phycho *****" or saying "we live like pigs". He has the audacity tell me to come fight him because I told him his craftsmanship is the worst I've ever seen. Then when i said we would have to get a lawyer involved he told me "good luck with that piss ant". Save your self the headache and don't do business with them

This company came to me highly recommended and I was very happy that they were exactly what I'd hoped for. Their estimates were correct. They used top quality materials. They always showed up when they said they would... and on time. And maybe most important of all, they finished on time.

The contractor exceeded my expectations with a room remodel I recently had done. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and they were a pleasure to work with. Friendly and professional, I would definitely collaborate with them again in the future. Highly recommend their services for anyone seeking top-notch work and a positive experience.

Communicate was poor. We were told $90 per hour for labor. NOT told that was Per Person, doubling the expected cost. Never received a written bid. More and more suggestions on what needed to be done, again doubling the expected cost. After work was completed, found poor quality workmanship. Extremely disappointed and broke

This started out as a water leak in the bathroom that ended up wrecking the floor and drywall. Which caused me to involve my insurance company. I had to get numerous estimates which most of the companies said they couldn't match the drywall to the original and John Erwin Construction even refused to come out because they were "too busy". Dennis was the first contractor to get the insurance agent to respond to me in a timely manner. We had the bathroom repaired with a new tub and backing which was nicer then our original. The drywall was matched perfectly. We could barely tell the difference even without painting. The flooring looks great. We did have a slow down because of a manufacturer defect in the flooring but was kept notified of progress and time frame during the wait. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Very helpful and easy to deal with.

Original consult said 3 to 4 days for completion. Going on thrre weeks now. Workers are spread to thin for a timely completion.

Do not do business with this company they have a lack of integrity and little respect with property many things were damaged.

This company is above board with competency, caring and quality of understanding for my individual situation. This was a traumatic event that they made more bearable for me to get through. I would t hesitate to hire them again if needed.

Great company with friendly staff. A little pricey but... overall, good.

There where always on time

H&H were right on with their estimates, showed up on time every morning and they finished 3 days early. I was so glad. The other great thing was how clean they left my house, it was spotless.

Ease of coordination, the professionalism of the workers, and the quality of the work that was done sets this company above the rest.

Work was great. Timing was only issue.

The outside of our home looks pretty amazing with the updated work they did on it...Thank you George and your partner for making the outside look beautiful. Hannah thank you for the wonderful paint job you did on painting the outside exactly how I wanted it. The remodel work in the Master Bathroom was done by Tally & Rick and they did the most amazing work! So precise and detailed.... my husband and I love what they did and are really impressed. We are looking forward to having our kitchen remodeled when the cabinets come in...so looking forward to working with Harmon & Harmon on all of our projects. We highly recommend Harmon & Harmon!! The crew did a great job with our remodel. Very friendly and easy to work with. Their attention to detail was keen and work was top notch. They came up with several suggestions that improved the architects drawings and made for a better project. Iâ d recommend them in a heartbeat.

It was very nice they spotted a problem with rot by windows and fixed it.

I want to post pictures so people can understand what they did. The back deck is not plum and they put it over a Rick and paver walkway. They did not even remove it first so if I did want to reuse any of it I cannot They put a post on the wrong side of the outdoor porch light. So now when it goes out I cannot change it because I cannot reach it. Instead of putting posts on the outside of the existing deck, they cut holes in my deck to put up the covering. My daughter-in-law had to use the translator on her phone to communicate with the workers that were at my house because none of them spoke English, to clean up the mess so I could get in and out of my house. There were no drawings of what they intended to do just a lot of talking. They gave me a quote which I agreed to on the first initial meet. Then the second time I met with them they bumped it by 8000.00. He finally agreed to an amount of 15,000 with gutters on the carport and the deck coverings they did which they refuse to put the gutters on now. And to top it all off they did not get permits. Dennis said he did not know her need. One day the workers left a support brace overnight across my back door that I could not get out of. And I am still picking up screws and nails they left all over the place. The garbage they said they would haul off they put in my yard debris waste can. And they did not clean up the mud and dirt they got on the siding of my house. Most of all I am not happy that they refuse to put gutters on the carport and deck covering. My son and his friends are going to do it for me. Wish I could post pictures.
