Keith is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to explain what I was experiencing and options on how to remedy the situation. I felt well taken care of and optimistic despite knowing how big some of my home projects could be. Keith gave me realistic time frames and fair market quotes. He truly puts his clients first and wants to do right by them. I look forward to working with him again on future projects.
Description of Work: I contacted Keith to replace my outlets to GFCI and check that they were grounded. My main concern was my office where I was experiencing a light flicker anytime I printed a page off my printer. Keith checked all my outlets and confirmed they were grounded and there were no issues. The GFCI was not my concern. I didn't realize I was experiencing a surge due to overloading my circuit. Keith was able to determine based on my office set up that at max load, i was probably using 19 amps when my breaker is only 15 amps. Keith gave me open and honest feedback and walked me through my options. He indulged all my what ifs and was able to quote some more future projects.

Keith came out the same morning I contacted. Very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. Got the job finished swiftly and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him! Bonus is he is also a Veteran!
